    I spent 25 hours trying to figure this out by myself. There are hundreds of Canon shills on the internet saying that you can easily use their camera webcam utility to connect to Zoom. Their videos say stuff like "just plug in your USB and it works!" or "it's easy!" It's not easy and your guide is the only one that explains how to do it step-by-step. Thank you.

    That is a solution that I haven’t yet figured out, thank you! What I have done is bypass webcam by sharing screen, advanced, and select the scenes screen. That way I am larger (full screen) when presenting and it includes my cam on the screen. Simple! Input is obs for mic and cam.

    The best straight-to-the-point tutorial on how to send audio and video through OBS anywhere... Thank you, man, you helped me a bunch. I tried to configure virtual cables and who knows what, found it really complicated and confusing. With NDI+OBS is all a breeze, using this software is surprisingly easy and intuitive (after watching your video, that is). I added Nvidia Broadcast to the mix so that I can "chroma" my background etc. Simply amazing. A big thanks and GRACIAS from Madrid, Spain 🖖🏻🤓.

    I've been using the virtual camera in OBS for this. What's the advantage of going via NDI?

    • @misterpogiako
      @misterpogiako 3 года назад

      NDI gets you the audio as well. OBS Virtual Camera cannot be used as a microphone in your meeting software but NDI outputs BOTH audio and video.

    Amazing tutorial--just subscribed to your channel, thanks! Question: does the NDI connection to Zoom produce better Zoom output quality compared to virtual cables? thanks so much for your great work!

    I just subscribed. Nice video, how do you add the arrows? Which mic do you use? Congratulations on the quality and clarity of the explanation.

    What's the advantage of this over using a virtual audio cable from Voicemeeter and setting it as the Monitor output in OBS, turning your audio source monitoring on, and using the built in virtual camera within OBS for video?

    Hi and thanks for your great tutorials! I just upgraded to OBS 28.0.0. After that a popup window tells me that NDI plugin is not compatible with this version. The NDI Output Source has disappeared from the OBS Tools menu. Is there a fix for that or should I revert OBS to the previous version?

    This is great, I followed and cam worked great. I'm on W11, and am using Reaper/ReaRoute for routing to OBS, great for my purposes. But NDI from OBS to any App has a lot latency (probably a half second or more) is there a virtual audio cable setup you recommend for W11?
    Thanks

    I am getting convinced to use ndi instead of virtual cables... One question, are you using 2 separate computers for obs and zoom?
