Jeremy & George are back in ODDer Creek for the Winter Season, fighting corruption and treasure hunting whenever they can
Both Jeremy & George have Civil Protection Orders on both LIEnette and John CROOK, which they continue to violate on a daily basis
Jeremy has filed a lawsuit against both LIEnette & CROOK in the Federal Courts
They then filed motions to dismiss the cases in Federal Court but they lied in their paperwork
All the while, Jeremy has filed a Writ of Prohibition to remove Judge Craig DeThomasis so that he can receive a fair trial
They had Ohio Court on January 10th, 2024 in which both LIEnette & John CROOK is on trial for contempt of court
LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
The 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
The 5th hearing happened on February 28th
After the 5th hearing, Jeremy filed a Writ Of Prohibition to have the Judge removed
During this time, Jeremy has been collecting information and evidence against LIEnette and John CROOK from former neighbors, family and other private investigators
It is extremely evident, that his neighbor has a very dark history
And once the Judge sees this, he'll go off on LIEnette
Especially when her daughters testify against her in court
BUT the Levy County Sheriff are now claiming they are finally going to arrest LIEnette & John CROOK
But what will happen to the child once they are arrested

Its hard to believe this man. I cannot even call him a judge. Has not been removed from the courthouse long before your case came into view. I hope and pray that they remove him from the courthouse completely. He has no right to resume over any court matters.
The fact that this “judge “ is power hungry shows in his response to motion to disqualify. I actually thought I was rewatching the hearings as his intro to each new court date was a long, windy rehash of previous hearings. Praying that he is permanently removed as he can’t be unbiased in Jeremy’s case and probably many that went before this case. No way should this be ongoing. The first hearing if handled correctly would have been sufficient. I watch a lot of court on UTube and never, ever have I seen such a biased judge.
OK just my thoughts here. Hasn't the judge implied that Jeremy is guilty by putting the protective order on him with very extreme conditions even though they had not started to present their side of the case? This would make me feel I would not get a fair trial.
Judge Grudge needs mental health treatment. He is so into himself he is in denial. Praying he is removed. 🙏🙏🙏
The Leavy county judge Craig, Thomas Avelina county needs to have the Supreme Court of Florida, strip his powers and defrock him from his little black robe.

I am fairly certain that Judge Grudge not only knows the requirement for a disqualification is... BUT his ego doesn't allow him to allow the disqualification.... He probably even knows that disqualifying himself does not mean that he admits to being biased, but again, his ego won't allow him to disqualify himself, despite knowing all of these facts.

Hi Jeremy & George, I’ve been meaning to say that I can’t wait to find out to helped LIEnette with her paperwork. As soon as you started reading it. It made me wonder if Judge DeThomasis is actually the person who help her write it? It obviously had to be someone who knew that she could possibly get them to pay for her Attorney in the Federal case. I can’t imagine that Silverscam would have helped her with that. You when you watch a court proceeding and a judge or lawyer will use an example of another case and say "as stated in Roe v. Wade" well soon you'll start hearing, "Hales v. DeThomasas" Jeremy will make an example of this knowledge less judge!!

No taking away from court but stepping aside…does Otter Creek have their own code enforcement or is it still Levy County? Why is no one doing something about the living conditions and ordinances being broken? Do officials fear her suing them? If they step in it would greatly benefit the fight for the child’s life for the better. Just from some videos and testimonials it wrong no one’s taking action on the property. If some official unexpectedly appeared to do a zoning and ordinance check once it’s compiled and submitted to DHS they would have only one course of action….SAVE THE CHILD!
