Jeremy & George are back in ODDer Creek for the Winter Season, fighting corruption and treasure hunting whenever they can
Both Jeremy & George have Civil Protection Orders on both LIEnette and John CROOK, which they continue to violate on a daily basis
Jeremy has filed a lawsuit against both LIEnette & CROOK in the Federal Courts
They then filed motions to dismiss the cases in Federal Court but they lied in their paperwork
All the while, Jeremy has filed a Writ of Prohibition to remove Judge Craig DeThomasis so that he can receive a fair trial
They had Ohio Court on January 10th, 2024 in which both LIEnette & John CROOK is on trial for contempt of court
LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
The 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
The 5th hearing happened on February 28th
After the 5th hearing, Jeremy filed a Writ Of Prohibition to have the Judge removed
During this time, Jeremy has been collecting information and evidence against LIEnette and John CROOK from former neighbors, family and other private investigators
It is extremely evident, that his neighbor has a very dark history
And once the Judge sees this, he'll go off on LIEnette
Especially when her daughters testify against her in court
BUT the Levy County Sheriff are now claiming they are finally going to arrest LIEnette & John CROOK
But what will happen to the child once they are arrested

Should they go to jail, the biological family will get the child back at least for the time they are in jail. Lynette has already said she has no one that can even babysit the child so it will be a simple case in front of any judge for the bio family to get custody.

I'm glad this investigation and upcoming prosecution was moved to a county capable of serving real justice, and has made "the good old boy's network" corruption a non-factor. Prayers for justice, Jeremy and George!!

Jeremy and George living in Marion county for 35 plus years. I will tell you that the judges here don't play especially with CPO orders and them violating it. I certainly see jail time coming for them and I pray to God that they serve it in Marion county. Our jail's are not nice at all.
Finally positive safety movement for George and Jeremy. This garbage (polite talk) has gone on too long.

Maybe now that desantis is aware of the issues in levy county that maybe he will look at dethamasis and remove him as well as maybe unincorporate otter creek with all its issues of corruption. One can hope and pray.

It still blows my mind that JC and LP haven't been arrested yet. If something like that happened here in Slower Lower Delaware, they both would have been arrested on the spot. As a victim advocate in the Army, I did this job for over 15 years and I have NEVER DISCUSSED ANY case, etc with ANYONE to include my husband. You are supposed to be an advocate for any victim regardless, you NEVER bring your personal thoughts, opinions etc to yourself. It's not the VA place to decide anything about anyone. You have 1 job and that's to ensure you are assisting the victim!!
Finally, congratulations Jeremy! It looks like the wheels of justice are starting to turn and Fay Mas, the Rat, Crook, and Lienette are in the way!!

Jeremy, have you spoke with your attorney in reference to Lynette and Crook not being able to move or leave the county or state? I wouldn't put it past her to skip town. There has to be some sort of court order to cover this.
According to Lynette when all the police showed up her child probably thought she was going to die.
We'll see if Levy County does their job by arresting Lienette and John Crook? 🤔 I'll believe it when it happens.

It's all on Videos. We don't have to make a judgment. We all know they are Guilty by the videos. The stories that coming out don't on Videos and black and white don't lie. Judge will make an easy judgment on this. Karma is going get them. Just to let you both know I have seen this play out already in my life. She was not the same person But could have been LP Sister. Let hope Florida courts will set a high bail but more than likely it will be PR bond. Florida has shown they do not care about victims

George's video clearly shows the violation occurred. Levy County deputies were involved and did nothing to enforce the law. There should be a bench warrant issued sooner rather than later. As for Amanda Martin, the State's Attorney did the only thing he could do. Pass it over to another State's Attorney. Amanda Martin not only showed a perception of impropriety, but an actual impropriety of her job duties. On video. She will most likely be relieved of her job and duties (that she failed to fulfill )very soon.

I don't know whether having DeSantis on the case is a good thing, considering he promoted DeThomasis to be a judge. Maybe he's involved in trying to cover the whole situation up. I do hope not.
If I remember correctly the Sheriff's deputy pretty much played kissy pooh with "LIEnette and John the junckie" and refused to uphold the Law. It would be nice to see a video of the Garbage couple getting arrested and the child being rescued. Question ???? Wont the Sheriff who transport's them have to burn his vehicle after contact with Odder Creeks king and queen of "rugs'? I mean they do poison everything they come in contact with.

I sent an email to Governor Desantis weeks ago about the corruption in the Florida court, with all the mess about Judge DeThomasis and that he was guiding Lienette instead of being impartial to the case he was presiding over. Maybe my email was looked at maybe it wasn't but something is happening now and I am so happy that the cog wheels are turning in the right direction and won't start slipping backwards. You need to get them to put out a warrwnt for all of John and loonettes electronic devices and have them searched because I bet there is so much evidence of wrongdoing by them on those devices. Also could answer a lot of otherr questions of who's connected to who and for what.
