The exact same thing happened to me haha I’d been away for a month for Christmas and caught COVID so didn’t train, got home excited to have a workout, hit the double end bag 20 seconds in, flew off popped my light and left me stood in a dark garage with a 5 foot light smashed all awa the floor haha … gutted
Tony , I recently was gifted such bag and I am starting implementing it in my home trainings. I noticed yours is significantly lower than your head , is it done on purpose ? Should I place my bag lower than my head as well ? Or is it that you concentrate on the techniques in the video and the hight of the bag is not a big issue as far as teaching is concerned Thanks.

I feel the bag is either too limp or it´s bouncing all over the place and would also like to understand how to adjust the height of it in an easy way. Perhaps you have some tips?
Awesome video love the double end bag. Tony if possible can you do a video on how to install a double end bag where you would get a nice bounce to bag like the one in this video? I been to many gyms and my current gym were the double end bag barely moves. Also what equipment would be needed like the bungee cords. I know a lot come with the piece of rope that doesn’t give much bounce. Thank you!
Different ways to install a double end bag. Need eye hook for ceiling. Floor-can install a hook in floor, or tie rope/bungee to dumbell. You can cut a pc of wood to fit under dumbbell or plate, screw eye hook into the wood. You can use rope & bungee or 2 bungee for the bag-that you need to experiment to see what works for your gym.
Is it bad if I want to learn southpaw and I'm orthodox? I want to learn southpaw so I can switch styles during sparring and it will trick my opponents also how can I learn southpaw if I'm right-handed

I am 17 and I got a strain (i think it is a crack..) in my foot while footworking wrongly, it aches a lil bit when I try to footwork, and I think the pain is gonna be increasing day by day... Could you plz give me some suggestions to overcome it sir?
Depends where it hurts but u shud really go to someone with experience in this stuff (like a sports doctor) and he’ll give u some exercises that include progressive overloading. That will strengthen the muscles in the area that is hurting u. Feel better bro

Tony can you please make a video on how a boxer should train outside the gym like conditioning the body such as boxers arm abs and leg workouts and like routines because im stuck on how to train atm and would need a training plan to follow

I just did the exact same with my bag! The stitching on leather "hoop" on the upper part gave up and I have mine set up on my roof patio in Mallorca... The ball went over and down to the street!! lol... I got it back and re-stitched it.. so here's hoping it works today!!

Bought this, but peanut version. Accuracy and speed has gotten way better. When I hit the heavy bag it still needs getting used to.

Different ways to install a double end bag.

I asked my trainer which heavy bag should I get for my home gym and led me to the double end bag 😅 didn’t get it then but I definitely understand now.

Lol just keep training, same with my first spars takes time
work more on the bag and mitts plus use your feet everytime u punch . my combos finally connected when I just did heavy bag workouts
