Great video. I’ve been waiting for you to do double end bag video. I love mine. Can you do a follow along video for few rounds with different combos each round. I use your virtual pad combos and home workout combos at least twice a week.

Great tips although TBH the thing that has helped me the most is the way you hanged up your bag I have the same one and using resistance bands to hang it up has been a game changer the bag itself now bounces up and down like an opponent bobbing and weaving instead of just going backwards and forwards with the normal bands I can also change the colours of the bands now and it also changes the speed and range of the recoil similar to a Mexican style double end bag like Sergio Martinez uses but more realistic so I thank you for that and great video as always 🙏❤️

Awesome. You always see people ok videos doing the same thing:: hitting it constantly. I was told to use it for head movement training.
I was just working my double end yesterday for my Monday workout. Got 9 rounds in and 4 miles on the road. Took a couple months off. Death in family had me side ways. I was eager to be back and lightly pulled a side rib muscle a bit turning too fast before I was warm. Ouch. Great vid coach.

Great video. I've been keeping mine looser to work precision and head movement in combos. But I might try to tighten it up next time to work more speed.
Could you do a video on how to design a workout with a double end bag? Like 3 min round per technique, or is there more to it than that.
The double end bag has different uses the tighter you set it. Mine is a bit looser and comes back at me more and I use it for defensive as well as precision training (ex hitting a moving unpredictable target while slipping and footwork). Will be handy to have different length cables for different workouts. Great video.

I grabbed some stuff off Facebook market to start this
I had to triple jab to keep that like button lit.
One thing I’ve taken to note was playing with your own tempo and then getting comfortable with not controlling the bag, boxing isn’t standing still, let the double end bag control you and your movement. Overtime you will get good control over yourself, it’s never about the bag.

🤦🏻♂️ I know this may sound like a dumb request regarding the double end bag I have one in my apartment I watch your videos often I get a lot of inspiration from your content one of the things that I find that is difficult is I've never discovered a video that teaches you how to set up the double m bag what type of bungee cords do you have on the top versus the bungee cord on the bottom how much tension spring or how loose the bag should be or how tight the bag should be that to me would be an extremely very helpful video 🙌

I definitely prefers to keep the bungees flaw, it allows a bigger oscillation of the bag, and to work on the footwork. A part from that it keeps the training more real: You’ll never find an opponent moving his head like with the very tight strings!!!

i use bungee cords from the automotive section of a hardware store, you can double them up to get a good stiffness and elasticity.

JT or anyone.....i havent used this particular piece equitment wen active (late 90s) av made one cost under£2 anyway the hieghts fine allthough my top bungee is only bout 20inch stretched hav longer ones but that hieght is only available place for clip outback n bout 7ft n top bag(old soccerball) is fine its jst doesnt move as far but feels ok is this ok u think a guess am writtin this but hav no pics etc n cant realy adjust top hieght without bringin height too low b body shot hieght av no tryd this but use reckon b purposefull if change hiegt if wanna wrk body?yes no???x
