Bro wtf. I was just looking for some new boxing equipment, but there were no valid videos about it. So just like everytime youre giving me the perfect video perfectly in time.
I'm new to boxing and you are the best coach and teacher! I wish you were closer so I could pay you to be my personal trainer! Thank you a million Tony!
The energy you have in your videos makes me so happy. Thank you for this, I started my boxing journey last week and you don't even know how helpful your videos and your energy are. ❤ Receive a big hug from Spain
What a great topic! Great video! Tony continues to grow and improve! 🙌🙌🙌 Miss you coach! Love your family vlogs and hope y’all are having the time of your lives!🙏❤️🥊
Just found this channel, started aikido and jujitsu a year ago but i wanted to have some fun with boxing at home too. Mr Tony, you make awesome content. No bullshit, no arrogance and even with your insane experience, you make content for all of us. Great job and dont stop!
Just started watching stuff from your channel as I've been getting back into fitness lately and have become interested in boxing - although other channels are also great with instructional stuff like this, it's really nice to hear someone from the North East teaching, for some reason it seems to grab my attention more
Wow the timing of this video. I came back from boxing class this morning and was looking up some new equipment because of what the coach used. I have it in my Amazon cart as I type this lol. I will watch this then reassess lol
Top and bottom ball is really useful to stop the heavy handed big lads (that'll be me) loading up and telegraphing back hand shots. I'm an amateur coach and I'll always get my boxers to keep their guards up, and move their feet after every combination on any bag until they are proficient and only then will I let them set their feet. I never let my boxers use the double ended bag flat footed. Heavy bag, maybe.
Hi Tony, I'm new to boxing, but I've loved it since the first day I put on my gloves. I really enjoy your training videos and have learned a lot from them. Thank you so much!
Awesome lesson. Super informative and easy easy to understand for someone who has absolutely no experience like me. Thanks for the tremendous effort. Cheers from Borneo.
Wow! Thanks so much for the video sharing your experience knowledge information it's great that not only did you review the equipment but showed how to use them also your narration was brilliant great sense of humour the way you didn't take it to serious even though your a professional boxer you had no ego etc keep up the great work
I've been boxing on and off since I was 9 years old, in my mid-30s now. This video is packed with so much knowledge, kids these days have it too easy lol
Hey coach im got started on boxing a year ago and thks to you ive learnt a lot especially about not buying trash equipment and techniques so thk you so so much coach
Very informative video, Tony. I hope the younger coaches watch this video. You’ll be surprised how many coaches can’t explain the purpose behind the equipment. ✝️🇺🇸🥊 Coach Mando from the Alamo City.
Love your vids. awesome. I've been using home made reflex balls attached to baseball caps worn backwards for a few months and train with the slip line at the same time. It's awesome. The lighter ball is very fast as it doesn't stretch the elastic very far. The hard ball is easier. I'm putting in elbows and hooks using lateral movement. It's so much fun you don't even notice an hour fly by of constant punching.
Awesome video coach - It is much appreciated by every home trained boxer ! I am wondering , have you checked out the so called "reflex ball" - the one that you tether to a baseball cap with elastic string
The only boxing equipment I have is: - heavy bag. - speed bag. - old car tire. - regular jump rope. - weighted jump rope. - barbell & weight plates. I don’t feel like I am lacking in any way except for maybe having sparring partners & pad holders.
well you need to spar otherwise all your technique will go out the window when you get in the ring. Hitting bags is nothing like a moving person. Sparring is the best teacher it shows you if all your training will actually translate into the ring with an actual trained boxer. You're not complete without sparring
Will you ever do an exhibition match? Please Tony,we as fans would love this. Especially with all these videos,if ppl could give back either by going to the fight, buying a ppv or merch.
I think it would be great for someone to make a camera system for watching you hit the punching bag and knowing the bag's weight and observing the change in momentum could display your total strike power. It could also be able to tell the speed of the strike from the moment related movement began until the initial impact. This could be a great training tool for all.
Hi Tony been watching you videos for a while now, I've been ill for a few years now lost a lot of weight, getting better now I've just joined a gym just to do gentle exercises plus I'm riding my bike most days,I use to do a bit of boxing in my twenties I'm fifty now so I will join a boxing gym soon but the quiet punch looks great but I couldn't see anything about shipping to the UK.cheers!

Wow that boxing robot amazing I will get 1 for sure when I move I plan on making a garage to a boxing gym for me. I will be doing master boxing next year
It's a beautiful picture on the back of the Ring. Is there a story behind it, because of McGregor vs Ali? Anyway, thanks for your Videos, they help me a lot!!
Absolutely perfect video!!!! Thank you so much for the tips! Any chance you can tell us what cables those are on the double end bag? They look adjustable and would like to order some but I can’t find them anywhere.
@@jjellen5804 pretty hard. I would do a lot of different combinations and that did take a toll on it. However, that still doesn’t make up for the shotty craftsmanship of it. I really would suggest another option for the price.
Speaking from an Oldskool Martial Arts perspective. Why do modern Boxers use full size Boxing Gloves to hit the bags, rather than bag mitts or gloves, as I remember from back in the day?
there doesn't seem to be a way to buy quiet Punch, the website has no shopping cart and their Facebook page is filled with spammers and scammers replying as well as tons of negative reviews of the product.
hi Tony, been enjoying your videos very much - very informative and entertaining. Quick question about "heavy bag" - which type would you recommend if you could only have one type and have you tried the water / aqua bags?
Couch Tony thanks for the great work, you extremely love it,and so, you also make us love it too. I'm katende Twaha from Uganda, thanks for teaching thanks for good explanations.
Wow just in time as I was looking for other equipment to use aside from my heavy bag. Maybe I really need to find a boxing gym near my place. Awesome video as always, Tony!
Tony can you suggest a few brands that are good for boxing equipment. Im pretty sure RDX is good but what other brands sell good quality products for cheap

First time seeing ya. Amazing video, amazing guy! Love what your doing my brother. I can feel your passion. Keep it up coach. We're all following.
I needed this video for my boxing club
Happy to help mate, Enjoy 🥊🥊
You can check all my videos here: ruclips.net/user/TonyJeffries1videos
I had a trainer, his name was Thomas Jeffries and the other people in the place attacked him. He sadly left England in 2016
Absolutely perfect video!!!! Thank you so much for the tips! Any chance you can tell us what cables those are on the double end bag? They look adjustable and would like to order some but I can’t find them anywhere.
Amazing content full of quality information Jeffries !
golden content. Thanks for what you do.
Quiet Punch broke on me twice. The rods are cheap AF. DEFINITELY suggest using another option!
How hard were you hitting it and did they fix it?
@@jjellen5804 pretty hard. I would do a lot of different combinations and that did take a toll on it. However, that still doesn’t make up for the shotty craftsmanship of it. I really would suggest another option for the price.
@@jjellen5804 and no, they didn’t replace it. Told me I had to basically buy new parts which were also way too expensive and not worth it.
I’m getting that boxing robot since I got felony gotta get my hands up 🙌🏾
Thanks Tony!
Absolute life saver, thanks man!
Thank you for the guide
Speaking from an Oldskool Martial Arts perspective. Why do modern Boxers use full size Boxing Gloves to hit the bags, rather than bag mitts or gloves, as I remember from back in the day?
This is a great equipment video. From a great boxing champ like yourself like the video of Tyson vs Jake Paul too
Their even better now
As always a great video, best coach ever!! Thx a lot Tony
This was just great. Thanks so much for all that info. It was like a class!
Great video Tony🥊
Should watch hajimi no ippo and talk about the training in it.
It's a old anime but it's just come to netflix
That robot looks awesome!
Wow needed to see something like this!
there doesn't seem to be a way to buy quiet Punch, the website has no shopping cart and their Facebook page is filled with spammers and scammers replying as well as tons of negative reviews of the product.
hi Tony, been enjoying your videos very much - very informative and entertaining. Quick question about "heavy bag" - which type would you recommend if you could only have one type and have you tried the water / aqua bags?
What's the "point" of working with the speed bag? What skills are you trying to develop? No offense, just curious.

Ooundah theam pounches
Love you tony🤣😂❤️
The little quick jokes are great.
Couch Tony thanks for the great work, you extremely love it,and so, you also make us love it too. I'm katende Twaha from Uganda, thanks for teaching thanks for good explanations.
Could you make a video about old timey gloves? Like the ones Jack Dempsey had?
Love your stuff man, good shit
Wow just in time as I was looking for other equipment to use aside from my heavy bag. Maybe I really need to find a boxing gym near my place. Awesome video as always, Tony!
Tony make a video assuming who could win Ryan garcia vs tank Davis .
I think heavy bags are good to practice power.
home dropped a full movie about gear 💯
32:00 is the best part
Great video, Mr.Jeffries. I have a question has anyone ever ask you to watch a boxing anime called Hajime No Ippo?
Tony can you suggest a few brands that are good for boxing equipment. Im pretty sure RDX is good but what other brands sell good quality products for cheap
