WLtoys 144001 motor replacement

WLtoys 144001 motor replacement, how to get the motor mount screws out. I know it should be simple but on this car it’s not. My best description is that the screws are glued in.
It’s probably too tedious for most people but one guy reached out in frustration so this is for him.
