I grew up on a farm in southern Pennsylvania and my mother would make homemade sassafras tea..my dad would dig up roots and my mom we would cook them ..it was similar to a root beer favor

Snows and barnacles are my favorites. Just got into pigeons and fancier breed chickens a few years ago and now I’m hoping to get into more exotic stuff. Hopefully I’ll be getting some waterfowl and pheasants or peafowl here this season.

Great video as always. Call ducks and Black East Indies are some of my favorite ducks. I have a pair of chocolates and a snowy Drake and just a mallard drake. Ketchup is the thing that doesn't taste the same to me after Covid And salt is extra salty

That was a very nice farm tour. Insane population of fowl at your friend's farm! I thought the Egyptians were nice. I liked their coloration. I vote for them as your next purchase.

The Egyptians would be my favorite, we have those over here in Europe too. Also try to get a buddy for your single canada goose too. And concerning the swans - where I'm from those are huntable waterfowl - they are as "big game" as waterfowl can get, truely majestic!

Egyptian geese, speckled Sussex, hybrid breed geese, and peafowl are some of my favorites. I don't know most breed of geese but those are the coolest of geese, if you can buy most of those birds as pairs, then hatch their eggs for yourself, your farm is can become more profitable than hunting

General tea temps and times. White 149-158 f 1-2 min, yellow 158-167 f 1-2 min, green 167-176 f 1-2 min, oolong 176-185 f 2-3 min, black 210 f 2-3 min, herbal 210 f 3-6 min. Using water that is too hot for the kind of tea will bring out more bitter flavour, as does squishing the bag to get the liquid out before you remove it. This is a general guideline of where to start but do whatever tastes best to you.
Also with English teas you get what you pay for, the cheap ones taste pretty bad in my experience, but there is some really complex nice flavours once you get to mid range or better. I'm not a fan of bitter in anything though and my go to tends to be any kind of mint over steeped with honey and a slice of lemon, but that won't help you for caffeine.
If you are on any medication you should probably check if there are interactions with tea ingredients because some can have bad reactions or negate your meds.
My S.O. who drinks coffee suggests trying coffee grown in different places around the world because they have different chemical compositions and thus different tastes if you don't want to give up on coffee completely.
As for birds, I do like the look of the blues and the barnacles.

Jordan I do think for them wild type waterfowl you should dig out small pond for them and you and both the waterfowl can enjoy! Love your videos and especially the pigeons lol.

How did you get your Canada geese and do you need a license for them?
Jordan, I really enjoyed that farm visit. I didn't see any Emdens or Pilgrims however, you should included a few Egyptians. They have a small body, somewhat like the Pilgrims.

Does he not remove the eggs and incubate himself if weather turns bad? If you get that incubator up and running you could always offer to incubate a bunch for him for a couple pairs of geese and save you money and make him money 🤷♂️. The Specks were awesome and I think would have my vote but the Egyptians were awesome too.
I think what happens is that it starts to snow. The birds then move to the pond and the nest freezes out.
