If got DACA after 18. I was brought here at 2 years old. Just applied for advanced parole and got approved. What can I expect when looking to apply for AOS? I want to do advanced parole and come back with a legal entry. But then also kind of nervous because the program wasn’t implemented until after I was 18.

How many years does it take for a US citizen to get a Green Card for a sister who has DACA?
    Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, sibling petitions take a very, very, very long time. Your sister is welcome to schedule a consultation with our office to discuss her options. We wish you both the best!
