    Iv been in the US since i was 2 years old, and came with a tourist visa but overstayed. Never left the country since then and im now 25 years old. Iv had daca since i was 18 and always had it since then. I just got married to a US citizen and want to know how to go about getting a green card. Iv also never had a criminal record. I need help on how to go about getting a green card now

    I first got DACA at 19yrs old now married to a US citizen, entered the US without inspection but i just got advanced parole approved. Will i be able to adjust status in the US once im back with proper inspection? Thanks!

      You should be eligible because you will be inspected at reentry.

      my son in law has had daca since he was 16 no lapses, he married my daughter a us citizen 5 yrs ago. He was brought in without inspection at 7 yrs old. We filed the adjustment of status and just got a request for evidence proving legal entry. I thought they just send you an appointment to go to juarez to finish your case. Were not sure now how to answer the request. It says send proof of legal entry or proof you are family of millitary or that you qualify for 245i, can you orient me as to what to do now?
