The coutries which does not have bilateral treaty with USA, are not eligible for E2, example India is not eligible for E2 visa. She need to inform this what are the coutries are not eligible for E2 visa.

Im curious what your thoughts s are regarding my case: I have an indian passport, but I also have Canadian Permanent Residence (been on it for about 2 years) (I live in Toronto). I was looking into getting a Grenada passport (or any other passport through investment so. asto get rid of my indian passport) or something and then pursue the E-2 visa. Is Fiji a listed country for E2 treaty investment visa? Please advise me.
