I entered at 4 years old with visitor visa with my mother. We still have the original passport with the stamp entry stamp on it. I am Married to permanent resident and in process. But the office assisting me keeps saying I have to leave for Juarez and we applied for waiver pardon which was approved. But I really do not want to leave the country.
Can a person with an ilegal entry before 1996 that over stayed and then got deported at 19 be eligible for green card if married to a US citizen? My husband is considering AP.

Great video! If a daca recipient who entered unlawfully, got advance parole before marriage and in the future gets married and wanted to pursue green card in the states, would the same apply or should you be married prior to advanced parole? Does the timeline matter? Thanks!
