Before i started watching bryson’s youtube channel my average swing speed was 108, now after my training over the last year my average is 117. And when i go all out i can hit 130
In basketball, the best shooters visualize the ball going in every single time when they practice and they believe it's a key to practicing properly. Hopefully this info can help your drive.
It’s literally nothing about training. I have buddies that weigh a buck fifty at best and they bomb it 300+. I weigh weigh more and am way stronger but they time their swing up way better than me.
It’s literally nothing but training. You proved it in your own point. This video did not say “gain weight and bench press.” They talked about learning to swing the club faster via training. It’s neuromuscular strength, fast-twitch recruitment, and efficiency. All of which can be trained.
solid tip! gonna start trying this
Thanks guys
