      dry ball data on a LM, 315 carrying 285...but thats after 2 hrs speed session...On the course? no idea, probably about 320, carrying 265

    I just took up golf about a year ago. I was hitting the driver, maybe 180 yards, at the beginning. Never had lessons. Just youtube and my phone camera. Then I see these long drive videos, and it all I want to do. Took forever to break out of that 125-130 ball speed. Once I did, it was like a lightning strike. Hit 150s. Had to retune a bit 160s... Now stuck in the 170 range. 178 being my high. Time to break the 180s. Thanks for the inspiration.

      After Martin retires he's going to have a long career as a coach. Every young golfer knows they need speed to be competitive, and Martin is the best mind in long drive. Kyle is still the goat though.

    Just started doing this type of training. 2nd session today and have gone from 130 to 151. Next goal is to get over 160! Love the content, thanks for sharing.

      🐢 pace.. you have to build to it... or like me 2 years ago, 3 weeks off,chiropractor,lost all my gains of 3 months,training past exertion.. getting old blows..hahhaha.. now my weights,better warm up, 20 minutes maximum..

      Look up Mach 3 speed training. 3x a week I use 3 of their tools. I went from 103 clubhead speed to today my PR 119mph 173 ball speed! It’s all about a long hand path and break b the CNS to move faster

    You guys remember when Martin was working with Bubbie at Bryson's house. Bubbie was trying to reach 200. Martin pushed Bubbie a lot harder than he's pushing Bryson. That was before Martin won the Long Drive. Martin is so cool yet he's a beast. Love to watch him golf.

      I was hammering some balls yesterday using this same exact foresight machine… i topped out at 150mph… and I was exhausted after 10 swings 😂 this guy is just casually hitting 198+ consistently for like 5 mins straight.

    This reminds me of the range session with Kyle, where Bryson spent all day trying to hit a number and Kyle beat it on his first shot when he wasn't even trying yet.
    Thos long drive guys are a different breed. I can't even get to 110mph club head speed, much less 150mph+ that these guys do on a regular basis.

    Got a fun video idea for you. Get an average golfer who has athletic traits in other endeavors and see if you can speed train them up purely with driving. For instance someone who can bench a decent amount can they transition that into a drive. Might be interesting

      if you notice closely he doesn't have that much lower back torque, that's the key to longevity (imho). his strength helps limit his joint flexibility so he has to use hip turn and arm swing to complete a full turn.

    Can't believe after year off of power swing training, you pick it back up in minutes. But you did it! I see success in the majors for Dechambeau 2024.     Drive with the lower body and swing and extend after impact. Speed is created after impact, by delaying the release of right hand at impact. Pre-set lower body laterally and rotationally, with hands pressed away from target and start backswing by pushing right heel into ground and shift left ankle towards target, to start forwardswing. Effortless power!!

    Bring in the new ball rules, Bryson still hitting it 40-50 yards minimum past the competition. Consistently 200mph with a range ball is wild. Oh and it's dead straight.

    That was so much fun to watch.. I had my 13 yo son on indoor sim a short while back doing something very similar and he got to 126 ball speed. Trying to show him hard work pays off!! Not sure of accuracy of sim but it’s XGolf and supposed to be really good.

    good grief these guys make me remember what i did when i was younger. Gets me pumped up to go out there and give it a few shots. But i'm sure my body will cancel that little session out soon enough :)

    The Left Dash is legit. It's the longest tour ball quite easily. It's common for club fitters to fit you with range balls but the ball changes everything

    You are such a beast! 😁 i’ve been following you a for a while now, and Love what you do!
    i keep seeing that your ball position is falling back in your stance. May this cause slower speeds and higher RPM’s? (Could be the video angles also) Club head travels shorter and more downward? I do this when i am hitting a fairway finder😊

    Youse guys are filthy. I am 52 and only started working on my grip it and rip it (been playing for about 25 years). My fastest (measured) club head speed is 122. Damn if I can hit the ball remotely consistently though. I will actually have lessons for the first time in the spring, hopefully teach can work with me and get it squared away (preferably without asking me to slow my swing down). I want to knock the skin off the damn ball, lol.

    I know you probably won't answer this, but would you recommend if we are warming up before a round to try and hit a lot of drivers to try and get the CNS activated so that our on course speed is up from the baseline?
