Wow the very end got me. That's the most vulnerable I've seen Martin. He's usually so energetic and bouncing around. Shows what happens when you reflect after putting in all that hard work. So cool!

Dude I JUST WANNA SAY that this long drive worlds was one of the coolest televised events I've ever seen live. Following both of these guys closely, knowing they're good friends, the drama of the finals, ugh. It was just amazing. Great job man. A PGA major winner getting second is a FEAT.

@@Noticing_Nolan The nineties were the best... and so was John Daly... a numerous MULTITIME "uncrowned" (in my opinion) world long drive champion AND a PGA tour winner AND winner of the 1995 British Open MAJOR, in the same tournament where not only did Tiger Woods play for his very first time, but also the legendary Boom Boom pilot himself Arnold Palmer played... for his very, last time.
John Daly has a few feathers in his cap it seems too. Bryson here was very good I agree.

For a guy with the skill, accuracy, and mental toughness to win one of the most prestigious PGA Tour events in the world, to have the speed and strength to get runner-up in the world in an event like this is absolutely mind-blowing. And to be in the final 2 with one of your best friends and training partners is the pinnacle of poetic finishes! Congratulations Bryson and congratulations to Martin!!!

Watching this live was like a movie! Kyle hitting a bomb for his final ball after 5 OOB, Bryson making the cut after everybody thinking he was out, Martin winning after following his journey. This tournament is one for the history books. 👏
What an achievement, it probably will not get spoken about in the light it deserves... But to do what you guys have done, and continue to... Phenomenal.

That was so cool to watch!! Amazing drama, energy, skill and POWER!! Thank you for an incredible golf journey. This needs to be televised and with a bigger crowd. Liked the commentary and watching the ball/stats in real time. Would love to have a camera shot off to the side that shows the balls flying on the grid. Can't wait for next year!
Why these guys are passionate for their sport , which is the reason for sport in the first place to channel that energy a friendly competition.

And Bryson...great job reaching the final two. Your humility around these dudes is where it's at. Definitely keep that going. Because there's long drives competitions and then there's the fact that nobody on earth can see you in a stroke play event. That fact needs to always linger no matter where you are, who you're with, or what you're doing. Because there's stroke play events and then there's everything else.
So wished I could have been there in person since I just moved to Vegas. Loved watching it on RUclips. Hopefully I can make it next year.

Bryson - congrats. The ability to compete in professional tournament golf and pro long drive is insane. Like a track athlete making the podium in the 100 and the mile. A request - get cobra to make more than 20 5.5 degree drivers next year. For us aspiring long drivers - our only two options are Callaway and Krank. Bring us the goods!!

When two years ago you said you wanted to bring Long Drive into the forefront, I had no doubts that you of all people would totally reach that goal. Now look at you? Standing with all the LD heros!!. I think LD could be an Olympic sport!! . And you could be Standing on the podium..

Wish I could have been there but watching while it was going on was crazy. A huge emotional rollercoaster of adrenaline going back and forth. The visual of Martin dropping the club and a split second later Bryson jumping around like a madman was epic!

Congratulations to the both of you! The feeling of hitting on the grid with the longest hitters from all over is unreal. I competed in the 2006 Junior ReMax WLDC in Dallas in the 10-12 year old division. Need PLDA to explode and also to bring back junior long drive too!! Onwards and Upwards!
The filming and the angles were so much better than the broadcast. You could actually see the speed and feel the electricity
