  • How to drive the golf ball further? Overspeed training for golf will increase your club speed and allow you to increase distance with all golf clubs. Super Speed Golf, Rypstick, The Stack, Orange Whip, Golf Forever or any other overspeed speed training methods for golf really do work to increase club speed! Every increase of 1 mph of club speed can result in an extra 3 yards. 10 mph more club speed could equal an extra 30 yards!

Thomas will regularly update you on the progress. Follow his progress and even better yet join in and do it yourself to hit the ball further. This video shows what the level 1 training protocol is. You should begin at level 1 and continue for 4 weeks.

I am 53 and speed training has helped me tremendously. Age is just a number. I avg 301 off the tee on carry with swing speed of 113.5. I do work out too and stretch. I play Titleist TSR3 and it is a bombing machine. Thanks for a great video Thomas. Been following you for 3 yrs now.

Great video, Thomas. I have followed your speed journey from your previous channel. I have been on a speed journey for 3 1/2 years and have recently reached my PR of 133mph and 195mph ball speed using a combination of aides over the years such as Superspeed, Stack System, Golf Slingshot, and Rypstick. My simple advise, is that nothing comes without the work in the gym and on the range. No pain no gain. Look forward to following your new journey. 🙌👍💯🔥

I remember you watching you the last time you were doing your speed training and I done it for almost two months and was hurting my back. I never got back to it unfortunately. I was gaining speed fairly fast in that short amount of time. I’m gonna try again but not push myself as hard and see if I still see much gain. Hopefully so because I need more distance. I normally swing around 87 mph but I haven’t checked it this year yet. Hopefully you’ll catch up to the young guys !

I’m 55 and having been not really golfing for a long time. Yes, I did some back in my 30s but nothing serious. I consider myself “not bad “ for the yrs I’ve put in. I farm so I’m really busy and don’t get out as much as I would like. I’ve been going to the sim at my local town and working on a different areas of my game.
I would like to have more club/ball speed but for some reason it’s not happening. At best I can get anywhere from 95-100 club, best was 105, and top end of 145 ball speed.
I need something to get my numbers up.
Maybe this would help. Also, maybe some lessons would help with better technique. I’m a guy who wants improvement and I’m not getting it on my own.
    I really enjoy your videos.
