This stuff works great. I FINALLY can feel what its like to be on my lead side at impact and using the release pattern with the hands (toe down divot drill) and trusting swinging out to the right has made a HUGE difference. Yesterday, I played a round for the first time in a month (been on the range A LOT). Normal PW for me was 115 yards. Yesterday I was hitting my PW 130 yards and it felt like I was going at about 75%...my 54 degree I could MAYBE hit 90 yards...now 105 and feels like I hardly swing at it...frankly its amazing and I never thought this stuff would work. I am 61 and hitting my short irons further than I ever had. Longs irons are a work in progress and the Driver is coming around nicely as well. Thanks Marcus!
Apart from anything else, what a pleasure to see/hear such a polite teenager engaging with adults. Well done to her and her parents! Got a great future if she sticks with golf too.
@@GRFGolf Yes thanks all good thank you, too cold & wet for me to be playing golf until March next year, so I'm happy enjoying your vids PS I hope everyone at ZEN is Good👍👍
Great work Marcus 👍Even after my lesson, I've always struggled with the early move left (I'm RH). But, consistent work with my GRFi System helps massively to keep it all together! Go Team Zen ⛳
she was good to begin with. wish Zen captured the b4 and after data so we can see the different. as always a pleasure watching the master at work. Thank YOU 👍
This is an absolutely brilliant and very complete video. ONE QUESTION. The weight at club transition point is clearly over the left leg. In the next step of shaft pull down to "lag" position (drop down with club shaft horizontal), does the weight transfer to the right foot first, before then shifting to the left for the launch up from that left foot? Im a bit confused about what happens in this "interim" action. Hope you understand my explanation and can clarify Schaun.
...DUDE ...This is BRILLIANT ... I have a place in St Augustine Fla. about 10 minutes from World Golf Village ... You have an open invitation - You need to bring your VIBE to the US ... IMHO .... She really struggles with moving everything together. The club and body move in the same direction. It was difficult for her to separate them both. This is why golf is so difficult. When we embed our feels, it's so difficult to change them. It's like going from walking normally to someone telling you that you are walking incorrectly and that you need to shuffle step every stride we take. A few lessons on the range herself to get her new feelings and she will be on the horse. Good lesson.
The exercises are always for a specific purpose - but we try and offer more movement or instability/mobility than what we would otherwise be accessing to give us an experience of what it feels like. So in answer to your question - it's both!
get a 4x2 board and a half a broom handle underneath board, cost about a fiver. as for the twisty things make sure the board is mdf and do it in your socks ,costs nowt.
Is this not how Tiger used to swing with the snapping of the knee as he went into full extension, could this also be why i am getting a lot of pain in my lead knee now??
When I worked in a proshop, I reached the conclusion that people who listen to certain golf professionals would hit balls with a range bucket on their head if they were told to.
I have watched most of these videos and as much as i’ve tried to use the information i’ve gained from them my game is absolutely up in the air! Left, right, tops thins and fats and the dreaded shanks! Think i’ve come to the conclusion golf is not for me! I’m consistently inconsistent and think its time to give up! No improvement at all and the enjoyment has completely gone! Tired wasting money on lessons playing ok for a day then back to square one👎 don’t get it! But any how🤷♂️
Do u not find the like of cheese, Pete snooze an insult to PGA pro tutors like yourself?? Like u actually see results as I’ve been for two lesson with them and they messed up my swing!!

1st visit and I have subscribed, seriously informative breakdown of the swing and easy to understand and grasp
That's awesome thank you!
Another great one Marcus! I have so many videos saved for my winter work. One day I’m coming across the pond
Sounds good, Len! Enjoy the winter practice and we look forward to welcoming you over one day
Great lesson! Love the dad in the background getting a semi free lesson and applying it towards the end 😂
Haha it was a double lesson! We have Steve's part coming soon
The moment she got the 1, 2 3 and then the change at 7:00 is fantastic.
Was an amazing session 👍

Great stuff, Paul good to hear!
Everytime I watch a Zen video I just want go to the Range and keep working at it!
Haha love to hear it!
Brilliant lesson Marcus, I cast/flip etc stand up at the end of my swing. Really frustrating as my distance suffers so much.

as always a pleasure watching the master at work. Thank YOU 👍
We'll for sure get some data together for future videos!
Great video
Cheers!
Hello, Great videos!! How long does it take to get the GRFI board these days?? Can't seem to get answer from customer service. Can't wait.
2-3 weeks atm 👍

It's a nightmare with visas! But we have the US very much in our line of sight for the future for sure
Awesome 👌

Are the exercises for feeling? Or does each exercise have a different purpose in the chain?

What is the board and the twisty foot things called ?
GRFi system (link in video description) 👍

She was a quick learner, whats the distance with the iron clubs?
Romy hits her 8 iron 115-120, we'd have to get her back with some launch monitor data to see where she's at in the future!
Pin this one to the main page! It's pure gold!

How is this missed with most golf instruction and golf schools??????
Would you ever recommend using a shorter club for somebody who doesn't have all the strength in the world?
Try it out and find out - lighter clubs might be a better moderation rather than length but play around with it
@@GRFGolf not me. I'm talking about the woman in the video. Seems like she has a difficult time getting that club around
show a video of you helping a 20+ handicapper w all ur profound wisdom.
There's tons of them on the channel. I don't profess profound wisdom btw, never said anything like that 😂
When I worked in a proshop, I reached the conclusion that people who listen to certain golf professionals would hit balls with a range bucket on their head if they were told to.
Where are you based and how do I go about booking a lesson with you? Cheers
Hi, we're at Bawtry GC near Doncaster South Yorkshire. Please go to www.grfgolf.com for details and booking 👍
We are all seeking more clubhead speed
Isn't that the truth 😂
One element not discussed is the muscle strength required to swing the club fast. She needs to hit the gym and come back for the lesson.
Strength doesn't necessarily transfer to speed 👍
She can swing better than me 😮
