  • Becoming attuned to the golf club in its entirety (and how to integrate it with the forces from the body and the ground) really is the corner stone of what it takes to be able to make an effective golf swing.
Because these aren't really just golfing principles, these are fundamental biomechanics principals for movement and force generation whether it's walking, running, kicking, throwing, hitting or swinging. A lot of info in this tutorial guys, enjoy and drop us a comment if there are any questions.

Completely different approach to golf teaching. Makes a lot more sense to feel a natural movement rather than memorizing different positions along the way. No other sport focus so much on positions like golf and that's not natural.
No wonder most students reaction to the lesson is: "UAU!"
    Great stuff!

If you have the grf board and a 2 lessons under your belt you understand the movement of the body. The rest is about sequencing the arms and hand into the swing. So when I saw this it was the euraka moment forr me. I have had 2 practice sesions and it was easy. You can slow it down or speed it up but best of all is with the short game as you finesse the shots. I was standing next to one of the top amateurs in scotland at st andrews today and I can see all the movements marcus is talking about in his swing and because of marcus it is now in my nervous system. 60 years I have been thrashing away and getting nowhere. All I asked of marcus was to show me the way and I will figure out the rest. Marcus is a clever man and every golfer should have marcus in your life.

Really appreciate the intuitive approach and learning to feel the motion and movements. A bit confused for up motion of swing as in driver swings. Trying to get more up and depth with your concepts, maybe the last few seconds show a fuller swing evolution thru intent and requisite energy?

Bit of a tricky one there as I always encourage that you get on the grass as much as possible. But it sounds as though your low point is back of the ball- the mats you're using are just letting you get away with it is all. Play around with your low point and see what results you get 👍
