There are quite a few dog-owners in China, but it has not reached Western levels, that's for sure. Cats don't seem very popular, although there are quite a bit of strays. No, probably just hanfu fans trying to find a traditional building spot to take some photos. Hanfu has became such a trend now with its own industry. And some of them are really candy to the eyes
