An additional benefit of "disabling" stock apps that you don't want/use is: They won't update if you use auto update in the Play store. I always "downgrade" to "factory" version and then disable any app that I can't uninstall. I never have to worry about the next (insert name of app you don't use here) update wasting my internal storage!

Yes,If Some had setup whatsapp web on a computer,it needs only 30seconds to setup then they have unlimited access to all your whatsapp activities ,without you being knowing.Go To Whatsapp menu area and find the option that says whatsapp web.If you see a computer/ browser set up with whatsapp,Tap On Log Out and it other party would loose access to your account.Other than that,Whatsapp is pretty secure.
