You can also have calls go straight to voicemail by turning on “Do not disturb” mode, although if someone calls you twice within 5 minutes the phone assumes it’s an emergency and will put the call through. I have my iPhone set to automatically turn “Do not disturb” mode between 11 PM and 8 AM
I think you meant "INCOMING" calls not "OUTGOING" calls. You cant be bothered by unwanted OUTGOING calls because those are calls YOU are making. YIU are the one calling OUT to someone else.

BTW on iphone if you get an 'unknown call' then go to your calls history, press on the 'unknown number' until it says 'copy' then paste it in the place where you would normally write a number. That's how to unmask the number who called you in 'unknown number'.

"No outgoing calls" means that you would not be able to call anyone; "no INcoming calls" means no one would be able to call you. It sounds like you got your prepositions reversed.
Your #12 “No outgoing calls” doesn’t make any sense. I believe you meant no INCOMING calls! The animation you showed was definitely incoming calls, not outgoing. Also, on the last one “Hide your phone number”, you didn’t say how to take it off when you want your calls to see your number again. Do you just punch in the same number combo again?
