"A CASTLE OF GEMS"... There are so many MASTERPIECES that the enlightened minds of BOSTON have written in a short time for their FANS. The 70's were WONDERFUL years: we "yesterday's kids" were lucky enough to have had the most beautiful "MUSIC SOUNDTRACK" of all time as the background of our adventures: years full of groups playing good music and SONGS that despite the passage of time WILL NEVER GO OUT OF FASHION. Mine is "more than a feeling": "MORE THAN A FEELING"...!!! ✌❤ ☮
This guys got a really great voice. Sounds effortless for him to sing these really challenging songs. He’s probable technically a better singer than Brad Delp, but there was something about Brad’s voice that was very very special. It was just universally and undeniably a good singing voice. The performances he laid down on the first two Boston albums are some of the greatest recorded vocals of all time. He might’ve struggled a bit singing live sometimes, but all the really great artist were kinda hit or miss... but when they were on though you knew you were watch greatness.
Hi Paul, thanks for the video. The concert was amazing, we were in 5th row centre seating. I was there with my son, the boy who received the last guitar pick from Tommy DeCarlo. You can see him run in the last few seconds of this video. Do you have a longer version? Maybe you caught the moment.
Saw Boston in 1988 Worcester Centrum Epic!!
