This video is so honest and open and heartbreaking to watch, and even though you don't owe it to anyone on the internet to explain how you feel, this is such a brave thing to do and I wish I could give you an awkward stranger hug because even though it won't change how you feel, it might be something you need for a second. My little brother was in a motorcycle accident last year. It really could have been me sitting there on your video if he had not worn a helmet. I am sorry. Getting up and getting dressed each day is an accomplishment, so don't rush it. Take the time away. It is truly a gift that you are able to be with family and process this all away from the world for awhile.
Oh my beautiful sweet girl. I follow you on IG and jumped over here to see what's going on. You are doing all the right healthy things to get you through this period of time. Take this time and simply grieve -- about everything. Reach out to your close friends that are now far via phone, Facetime, texting. They are closer than you think. This all will pass, trust me. The pain of losing a loved one will never go away, but with time, it heals a little each day. This is a time in your life where you are meant to be around family. And, that's okay, this is simply a new and needed chapter in your life. Your life is going to be highs and lows, learn to be kind to yourself during the lows. Take one day at a time. Breathe. Oh, Kaylyn, you've been through so much. Remember that it's so, so okay that sometimes it's an effort just to get out of bed and take a shower. Plugging away through one day and into the next can be so difficult and exhausting when you're feeling low, and you're brave and strong to be able to do it. My depression hits me hard with feeling isolated, and it sounds like you're doing everything I know to do to combat it, but just know that you're not alone there. You're good, and strong, and lovely, and I'm rooting for you.

It's good to know you have a lot of people who love and care for you in many different aspects and points of views; Internet community, friends. You have some of us, girl and we are here for you.
I was happy to get an update. As someone who follows you on instagram and identifies with some things you have been struggle with it was nice to be able to get some updates that feel more real than photos captioned with 30 words at most. Remember that internet friends-although far away physically-can be a huge help and can really help give you a reason to get up in the morning. If you ever need someone to talk to...I know I'd be a weird choice, but I'd be willing to listen and I'm sure more people than you think would listen too.
