The guy in the white shirt with the sunglasses is Chuck Panozzo, the original bass player. His twin brother was John Panozzo, the original drummer who passed away in the late 90s. Chuck was diagnosed with aids in the early 2000's I beleive but still plays with the band once in a while.

XD Seriously this looks like the video from their one of their early gigs from the early 70's during their Wooden Nickel era, or it looks like The Beatles' last gig at Candlestick Park when stadium rock gigs were unheard of so there was no equipment for them to use!
This was a show for people who went to the Mets game that night, not a proper STYX show. They had to be able to roll the stage onto the field right after the game was over and go. As most stadium shows have at least a 2 day load in (or up to a full week load in for some of the bigger shows), it just isn't feasible. Only reason the Super Bowl gets away with it ever year is because none of the musicians are playing live so you don't need to worry about running proper feeder to all of them.

They can have a sound check before the game and have their equipment waiting in the parking lot and bullpens Then at the end of the game, they plug in and play! I know because I remember seeing Joe Walsh at a 4th of July Show at Dodger Stadium after a Dodger game. It was a full platform pro show! There were also fireworks!

I can only imagine how many people and how much extra went into that production cost to pull it off. He's Joe Walsh so he can without a doubt afford pretty much anything he wants.
