Hello. I created a grid and I'm trying to deform it in the same way as in the deform node with the code from Stephan Walsch. All points have taken the position of the curve. Help What am I doing wrong? Is the grid missing some attribute?
non_overlapping_name What is written in this node?! I suppose that some object should be created in it, with which the next node with the rigattribwrangle code will work? I can't figure out what is needed to get rigattribwrangle to work. I read the comments and created a U attribute in the first resample. The code suggested in the comment for the non_overlapping_name node does not do what is needed. I also watched another video where the speaker was Carl Krause, where he told how to make a system for colors, but still it did not help me with my problem.
can someone help? I'm going crazy over the rigattribwrangle, it does not do what it shows in the video and I've looked at everything, anyone having any issue with it?
@@haller1999 "s@name = @name + itoa(@ptnum);" but you have to duplicate the rigattribwrangle and rewire it properly bcs for some reason the update is not working properly
Does anyone else got issue on the attwrangle code from Nick Wood shape_petal ? I got error message with the exact same code... error is unexpected syntax .. the semicolon, the one after ("base_thickness"); ... is in red noted in the node... make me crazy... H19.622 w10
It doesn't work at the rigattributewrangler moment😭Why make tutorials like this? So much time spent to leave people without understanding and working system
hell yeah, this is goldmine of information, the way to deintersect the geometry is genius yet so simple:D
if have this project that will be nice,very good teckenike~
Can't figure out the vellum part for prevent intersection. Maybe explain more or project file, big thanks!
in the first code of point generate , it has a key (extrude)
Can we have the project file?

Thank you for uploading this !
Some of the lines are flipping after rigattribwrangle when twisting too much! Any solution to this testing in 19.5.569

@Antoine Royal, select "Curve U Attribute" in first resample node (the one right above rigdoctor)
Anyone figured out how to solve the 'PointName0_point9' already exist error that he prorbably solved in the non_overlapping_name attribute wrangle?
Try this in a attribute wrangle
s@name = 'point_' + itoa(@ptnum);
@@kristoffermoth5408 didn't work unfortunately
have you found an alternative solution yet?

any idea what the roots script is at all??
Another South African Houdini user, love it.

Just try copy and paste from this maybe ? :
vector bbox = relpointbbox(0,@P);
@P.x *= sin(bbox.z * PI * chf("xbulge") + PI) - (chf("base_thickness"));
@P.z += sin(bbox.x * PI) * bbox.z * chf("zbulge");
where can I find the file TT
Amazing, thanks
awesome+100

Thanks!!
You saved my homework
Amazing tutorial
Excellent!
Loving the mask theater.
Good job Paul
hard to follow unless it's built from scratch. at least to me...
очень интересно ничего не понятно
Looks interesting but with masks and no captioning, too difficult to understand details.
put your mask away
