Very nice blooms, like it! I have a dendrchilum that I'm hoping to bloom next year. There are 6 new growths but they grow extra slowly, Mine is in sphagnum too! Thanks for sharing and happy growing.
New to me. First time I have seen this one. Congratulations on getting her to bloom! She sounds like a difficult one to grow. I wonder if moving the orchid to a brighter location stimulated her to bloom. Beautiful blooms!
Hello dear friend. Thank you. She is difficult to grow especially as a seedling. I killed the first 3 seedlings in different media. This one is more established blooming size but I almost killed it if hadn’t repotted in moisture retentive media. She is worth it and she is not easy to find specie. Yes, it probably bloomed when I transferred her to a brighter spot.😊💕
Happy New Year! Sorry I haven’t been posting. Just started going back to work while still getting radiation treatments for my cancer. Thank you for checking up on me.🤗💕
I would recommend the Glumaceum it's a fast grower and the flowers, although small, are beautiful and smell heavenly 😁(mine had at least 500 small flowers this year) Cobbianum is also very pretty, small Dendrobium like flowers in green and also very fragrant (green apples)
Thank you Ynse. I think I have glumaceum. With the heat we’re having this summer, the intermediate growers are struggling to survive. The cootesii is in protected area from heat, don’t know how far it can stand the warm weather.😬🥵
Wow you have some very unusual orchids. They are lovely. Thanks for sharing them. 🥰👏🌸🎀
Thank you Shirley 🥰💕

That is a beautiful Dendrochilum, her blooms are fantastic, I have never seen this one before
Thank you. I hardly see one. I’m glad I found it at Andy’s. It comes in alba and peach color. Andy only has the alba form.😊💕
I'm thinking of you and praying for you 🙏

I've been looking into the Cootesii but haven't found it yet
What would you say the Glumaceum smells like? I've looked up some Dendrochilum and a lot of them sound like they have weird smells lol
Hard to put that into words but a cross between citrus and lilac describes it best I think (the Cobbianum smells best)
