    Stir Fried Noodles with Vegetable are made with very few ingredients. The sweetness of the cabbage and onions elevates the al dente noodles. Other than dry noodles, fresh noodles, rice noodles or even pasta are alternatives. It is such a simple and quick fix.

    I have made this wonderful easy and delicious dish many times. Stirfried cabbage is so delicious and adds a great deal of flavor to any dish. I particularly love cabbage in Moo Shu vegetables. As always thank you so much for sharing your wonderful recipes and videos!

    Love the blue and white China, longtime favorite. This looks easy and healthy, we will invent a lot of new dishes during this time. I have been watching tips on regrowing vegetables from portions we buy from grocery, like bottom of onions, celery, carrot tops.

    Look so yummy. I have a tendency to overcook. But watching your video help me with what I'm doing wrong. When I'm able to go, will get noodle. Had stir fried snap pea, firm tofu, white mushroom with garlic and ginger. Had it with quinoa with sprinkle of furikake on top. Leftover from last night dinner. Thank so much for cooking and sharing your meal with us.🙏

    My sweet God Mother was Chinese. You're soothing voice reminds me of her. Love your videos, every one I've watched has been very good. My problem is that I'm addicted to using sesame oil at the end of most of my cooking. LOL

    Ling, thank you for showing us a healthier diet. In a culture where excessive means "more" -- _sixty percent of Americans is obese_ -- you are advocating a wise choice, which is perhaps impossible for most self-indulgent individuals to adopt 😋. After all, the fittest (healthiest) will survive.

    Thank you for another easy to cook dish. I must admit I was distracted by your beautifully seasoned wok. I will look through your past videos but just in case you haven’t done it before could you talk about seasoning and proper cleaning of a wok?

      The wok is very old I got a long time ago at an Asian store. To maintain, I wash with hot water without detergent, heat up on stove to dry, and then wipe with some oil.

    Im currently makeing a pork fried rice. I have been to supermarket yesterday (see my latest video of traumatic shopping time) and dont need to go for about 2 weeks. I also went to the Chinese supermarket for final supplies. Luckily I still don't have the Bing Du yet. 💪😷
