Could you make a video on your thought process/what you would do for taking a new stock tacoma all the way to your current build? What to do first for economic reasons as well as build reasons, cost breakdowns, changes to put off until later, etc. I feel like there’s so much that needs to be done to create an overlanding truck. Would love your guidance!

I love your new headlights. Not sure the cost is a good upgrade but sure do like the 4 projectors. I'll watch yours in action for awhile to decide. But love that you show some of the install it helps .

It’s honestly overrated. Decent headlights and maybe a light bar somewhere and you’re set. It’s really just another aspect people spend on because they can. It’s like if some company started making cool looking expensive windshields then the overland community would rationalize it as a necessity. “I buy these windshields because I live in the mountains and you have to trust your life to your equipment so I bought a $7k windshield that’s 9% clearer”
Mike, great video as always brother! But question, with you living in CO, would’ve LED’s have issues in the cold aka snow because LED’s produce little to no heat? Thought they would either freeze or collect snow

No, everything there is factory actually, aside from my winch control box (passenger side). But nah, it's never even gotten hot, on hot days, on crazy mountain passes.

Haha for starters, he didn't do that, a guy (who knew nothing about offroading / conservation) on his film crew did - who didn't know any better. They got fined for it, then donated a bunch of money for cleanup, and then did an awareness program to help educate other people that don't know that kind of stuff (of which there are a ton). So, I'd guess that he's done more to preserve that area than you have (but I could be wrong, and that'd be cool if you've done more). Cheers.

Looks so good! I put a pair of Alpha Rex Luxx on my Tundra a couple months ago. They work great day and night.
