I agree. There’s a gladiator at my job all “built” up but that thing sits in the office parking lot 7 days a week & same for the FJ next to it. Meanwhile my basic Taco is the dirtiest 😂
We’re trying to keep it clean! Plus a lot of the mods we’ll add are not too hard to remove 🤙
My bed rack is easily removable and so are many of these additions. I think who ever gets this truck is gonna be happy with it either way!! 💯

Love the black out trim pieces. I never knew that the 3rd gen tacos had mods for even the slightest of interior accents. It’s the minor details that count. 👍

Blacking out for most people is a rabbit hole and can easily be over kill. I dig some chrome if it’s a medium mod truck and leave most things factory. The sequential lights are nice and are debatable. There are some after market lights out there that are just garbage in terms of looks. These mods in Tacomabeast has my approval. 👍

Im just going to say this i dont think anyone caught on, but the sensor uses 3 screws to mount, not just 1. You have to remove the nuts off the old grill and install them into place on the new grill. The 2 you're missing is the black screws. You may have sensor issues later if it is not installed correctly.

i wish the bumper covers came in more colors. i want the colormatched look too but id have to get "paintable" ones and have them painted, which kinda sucks

I didn't say Tacoma is bad, but it ain't for me. 4runner is a better vehicle (TRD pro). I wish the next gen comes out with better milage without compromised reliability.

I wish I could find this blackout kit for the interior of my 2023 Tacoma with a 6 speed manual. The only issue is the trim piece on my cup holder since it's a different shape than the automatics.

is it possible to get the grill without the tcmdst logo? I mean nothing wrong with it I would prefer it to say something else if at all possible like just having it say TRD instead or whatever else the customer would want it to say.

those "push tabs" are called "vinyl rivets" or "plastic rivets"
Sadly no one wants to make a chrome delete for the cup holder on manual transmission trucks. Damn annoying when the sun hits it just right and glare hits your eyes. Last piece on my interior that is chrome.

Shit. I used a rattle can of plastidip for all these external mods. Any dings you reapply. Cost about 9 bucks

Why anyone want to black out chrome makes no sense to me, ultimately in time the black out material will fade & crack becoming an eye sore, chrome is clean it has the cleanest appearance over blacked out trim I will keep my white 3rd gen tacoma all chrome.
