  • To say that the CUARTO MALLORQUÍN is the fluffiest gluten-free sponge cake ever is no exaggeration at all. Moreover, it is made with ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS, no dairy, no fat and no corn.
    I've tried the two most published recipes and I'll tell you at the end of the video which one is my favourite.

    For a 24 x 24 cm mould:
    6 eggs M
    150 g icing sugar
    140 g potato starch
    Icing sugar for sprinkling
