I have PCOS and Endometriosis and I recently decided to be free of pills and started the journey of healing naturally by eating well and taking care of my mental health followed by physical health, thank u for sharing all this with us ❤️
I am too!! I have endometriosis stage three and just had my second surgery last June and after a year of many birth control forms I finally say no more!❤ you bring me hope that we can do this naturally 🥰 🙏
as humans in a post-industrial world, we really need to just go back to basics in order to heal ourselves, and therefore, the world. thank you for this very informative video Sophia. I have PCOS as well and as someone who wants to have children one day, i know i need to take the necessary steps to heal my body before that happens.
this video is incredibly comforting and inspiring. I’ve struggled with painful periods my whole life, having to miss work/school and social events because of it.. I’ve lived with it and just tried to keep going. I’ve also been working from home and not getting enough exercise, I’ve developed some low back pain and been trying to take care of myself more with massages and stuff. It’s so easy to fall into a cycle where you give up and give into pain, suffering, depressive thoughts and low energy. I need to implement more movement, kind affirmations to myself, breath work, etc. I appreciate your product recommendations!
It truly does make a difference. I known when I do my practices (breathe work, meditation, exercise, being kind to myself etc) that I know are beneficial to make I feel so much alignment and life flows well. When I don’t do them, I see the increase in friction everywhere. I hope you find a great routine that works for you. 😊☀️
I am currently dealing with weight gain and fatigue and pain. it's hard to tell where grief ends and endo starts. my grief of losing my dad, moving away - a decision made in a panic, only now to regret it, and not having money to get back. every day i wake up, i cry. i can't believe i am here. i cant believe my dad is gone. this grief has made my endo scream in ways it never used to. :( and i am sorry body. i wish i could change my feelings, but it feels like i am one walking open wound. my heart hurts. my belly hurts. my uterus hurts. i feel like i lost MYSELF. I watch these videos and i try to come back to myself through watching. it gives me brief moments of hope and happiness. 🧡 i hope you never stop making videos. i know you will be away for a while, filming. but i hope you come back. i miss you.
From someone who has experienced PCOS and tried to find natural solutions to alleviate the source instead listening to Western doctors who want to try to only mask the symptoms, this video was so eye opening. Thank you! You are the only RUclipsr that does not make me feel like I need to be anything or look anything but myself. All of your videos make me cry, Sophia. Your words are so poetic and meaningful, and you are such an inspiration. Thank you for being who you are.
i love your videos so so much they always remind me what’s important to me in this world that can be full of stimulation overload. getting back to the things i held dear as a child reconnecting with nature and my true self. thank you for being one of the few that keep me grounded 🖤 please never stop sharing your light
I’m so happy people are reverting back to all natural remedies thank you so much for this video lol this is like my 5th comment I’m just moved by this video and learned not than what I’ve been researching on my own
this video straight up brought me to tears. the fact that we've been so disconnected from source, against our will, without consent and without even knowing. but seeing people rise up and raise awareness around this topic gives me so much hope. thank you so much.
I have a lump in my throat from watching this. I have been intuitively feeling all of these things and this just helped validate all the changes I feel in my body. I feel like there is hope for figuring out my hormone imbalances. I did HIIT workouts every morning at 5 am and ate in a huge deficit for a year and actually gained weight. I knew I wasn’t crazy! This is so calming and reassuring, thank you for your spirit 🤍
This is my story. I have Endometriosis, throught all my life I struggled with extreme pain and bleeding, it was very common for me to have pain or bleed even when I wasn-t on my period, sex was traumatic for me, and doing a poo felt like someone was ripping my intestines out of me. The birth control and the surgery literally changed my life, I am happier than ever, the pain is more bearable now and I don't have to take insane amounts of ibuprofen for the pain, birth control made a happy, pain-free, peaceful life possible for me. Each woman and each story is different but this is mine. I would never go fully natural and stop taking my birth control since all the time when I didn't take it was miserable, painful and hopeless. Ladies, for those with endometriosis, don't try to force something that just isn't working for you, I tried healing my endometriosis naturally and change my diet and change my life but it just wasn't physically possible for me, the only thing that helped me was my professional gynaecologist which had a PhD in endometriosis, and had done several research on endometriosis through her whole life, she is someone that dedicated her whole life and career to understand and treat endometriosis, , she literally saved my life. If going the natural way works for you that is great! keep doing it and embracing it, but just don't try forcing something just because you think that is the only way. I find Sophia's story interesting and I am so glad and happy she found what worked for her but remember we are all different and there is nothing wrong with going the 'scientifical' way.
She gave you what all doctors give, her PhD and specialty offered you nothing different. Eventually you will need surgery again and your hormones will end up messed up, increase risk of stroke and it doesn’t fix the problem. I used to be there… it doesn’t last. I went to a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor. Big difference.
@@mindyourspirituality570 Is that or live in extreme pain and discomfort for the rest of your life. My hormones are perfectly fine, I am the healthiest happiest I've ever been, I currently run marathons, do lots of exercise and live a pain free life, I don't regret my choice for a minute. (NOTHING fixes the problem but at least I can treat it with birth control and laparoscopy)
I had endometriosis for many years and didn't know it. Then I needed a surgery because of a cyst. They found out that there was endometriosis everywhere. When I changed my life (new boyfriend, new place to live, working for only 5 hours a day), first my pain and later my endometriosis disappeared. Yes I think a complete life change is important to solve a problem like this Greatings from Germany 😊
You need to know that you are an incredible woman and source of inspiration. You work helps me to find a greater balance with who I want to be. Thank you
@@sophiaesperanza I relate a lot to your journey, going dairy and meat free has brought so much harmony to my body. Plant power!!! I refuse to be a victim to my bodily circumstances..I appreciate the challenge... my gynecologist straight up thinks I am lying that I have a regular cycle... she says that's impossible with my hair pattern etc.. I am "lean" PCOS... cheers to health!!
Your videos have brought so much light into my life. I feel so connected to you even through a screen and resonate so much with what you share. Your videos are soothing for the soul, and give a sense of hope. You are so brave, thank you for showing yourself here because you are helping so many people. I loooove you Sophia 🥺
HI Sophie. Hi all the other beautiful souls. I won't write an essay, but it took me almost 25 years to reduce my horrific period pains. The two external things I found that made a huge difference; CBD oil (I use Hempen, grown in the UK) and magnets. They are incredible. I wear them on my pants and in a bangle on my wrist. Also eating as clean as possible. Trying to avoid sugar in all forms and pesticides. Moving lots, but not high impact. Going to bed and waking at the same time. And then inner work - lifetime of work 😊 Sending you all light and love ❤ Thank you, Sophie, for your gorgeous videos xxx
Your channel has added a lot of value to me. I think you are light in this world, you have that energy. I couldn´t be more happy to see you growing, healing, changing, evolving! I cried when I saw your video of the explant because I can feel you. I haven´t had implants but I always felt I wasn´t enough. So see your story give me hope to become my truth self. Thank you so much! You are light, you are love, you are!😇❤
As someone who’s suffering from premature ovarian failure from PCOS, I really appreciate you posting this. I’ve followed you for years and your videos/content just keeps getting more relatable and inspiring. You’re a beautiful human, inside & out❤️
I had endometriosis for years and years. I ended up having to get surgery for it. But for anyone who wants some hope…. I have two beautiful babies now 💛 so there’s always hope 💛 amazing video!
This really made me cry. People don’t understand what we go through and the changes we have to do just to heal our bodies… thank you so much for this video. So informative and beautifully put together ❤
Such a powerful video thanks for sharing! ❤ I couldn’t help but love your head pieces in this! Maybe in another video you can share what and how you wear your bandanas!
thank you! This video has been super informative! Some things I have already done intuitively have been confirmed, and other new things I have learned and am super excited to start including into my life and routines! Thank you so much xx
Thank you So much for posting this video with such a detailed and kind expression. this was educational and so so inspiring - to live and exist on this planet to our fullest and best potential that we can. i love this video, especially because you share your experiences with us and it is incredibly helpful, to say the least ❤️
Your videos always come at a time when I’m recovering from and forgiving myself for self sabotaging. It’s hard to be kind to myself and make the right choices because I’ve been addicted to feeling horrible. Often times I’ll blame it on my moon cycle, and while I do experience symptoms of pain and emotional oscillation, I know I can do more for myself to mitigate it. I am always so grateful for you and sharing your channel with friends because this kind of content is what I believe should rise to the surface of mainstream media. You are so honest, vulnerable, wise, kind, and beautiful. Your soul shines ❤
This video came at the perfect time! I recently went off birth control because it affected my mental health way too much. But my body has been having a hard time regulating and I had abnormal periods before birth control but I'm allowing my body to be free and let it flow naturally again. My tests have shown up not signifying anything being wrong but I can absolutely pinpoint saying stress has been the biggest contributor to my body struggling. Thank you for being a shining light 💛
Thank you for sharing from your heart. Your soul radiates and shines through, you have inspired me in many ways and I am grateful to have videos like this along side the healing of my own soul. You have made an impact in my life with these videos and I want to say Thank you, I appreciate you and I see you. Much love, from one goddess to another
I’m so proud and impressed with the growth you’ve had 💚 i’ve been following you for several years now and it started because I had a girl crush on you 🔥☺️ you’re such a beautiful human being. Thank you for sharing your journey with us all. I am also a vegan 👑I’ve gone to some of the restaurants you recommended. Thank you once again. Vegan bombshell you are 👑
Thank you for this video. I have adenomyosis, it's like a cousin of endometriosis and I also have some cysts in my left ovary. Hopefully I'll overcome this. I'm having regular therapy with my gynecologist. 🙏
This was a beautiful video! As someone who is finding my way through infertility and stress and anxiety and every other ailment that so many of us face today this was eye opening and refreshing and calming. Thank you for putting this video together and I’ll definitely be back for more.
This video is so beautiful and inspiring. About to see a pelvic floor specialist in a few hours for the first time, I feel like this video couldn’t come at a better time. I’m wishing everyone so much power to heal and find comfort in your body.
I have never been formally diagnosed with PCOS but I fully relate to all of the symptoms and feel it within my body. From acne, to facial growth, bloating, weight gain, mood swings, hair loss, the lot. Thank you so much for this. It’s so helpful.
Another endo girl here and I really want to say thank you for sharing realistic tips. I have been diagnosed for 4 years already and I just became so tired of people telling me that this is my cross to bear as a female or that I just need to go gluten, dairy, soy free and vegan to fix all my problems. We (endo warriors) know that it is a massive mix of steps we need to take to live with endo and still experience life instead of surviving it. Thank you for this beautiful video ❤
I have endo and after 9 years of pain and pills I went vegan last year.I stoped pills and I am improving my health, never felt better so yes dear..you are what you eat.
@@gigitijarain Yes certain diets can help with symptoms. For me it is the exercise specifically that helps more than food choice but depends on the person

You’re here in Austin?! how have i missed this I haven’t recognized anything in your videos and Ive grown up in this city good to know about store for ancient grains
I haven't watched this yet but I just found out yesterday that I have to have surgery in two days to remove an overgrown cyst on my ovary. It's my first surgery ever and I've been a heap of nerves. And then opening to RUclips to see this, it's weird how synergy works in the world that way. Thank you for sharing.
@Shae I'm so sorry to hear that. Sending the biggest virtual hugs and warm wishes as she goes through this time. It's really shocking news and can just throw anyone entirely off balance and the unfortunate part I'm learning is how truly common it is 😓 All the love to you and your sister ❤️
I just did the blood work to be tested for PCOS and I came home to see this video. I'm awaiting the results but this video has already helped me shift my mindset in so many ways. Thank you.
i recently had to deal with a tiny bit of pain in my abdomen and idk what it is, i was bleeding but it was after doing you know what... and now i have to look at videos like this and go to the doctor.. but its also a good thing because now i will go to the obgyn and check on my body more frequently.. like i should have been doing lol
Being vegan made my health, my body, my mind everything so much better! Now I'm learning more about hormones and my cycle so I can get to menopause feeling good!
Love the video Sophia❤️ If at all possible do you have any book recommendations for clean eating or cookbooks you use on a regular basis? I struggle with cooking and eating clean. Thank you!
Brilliant video, I was a Endo sufferer for 10 years, so severe it ruled my life, I tried everything natural alternatives nothing worked. Sometimes my systems would ease only to come back even more , I longed and prayed for the menapause just so I would get release. I radically changed my diet, I have to slightly disagree with you about fat, Ive cut out nut butter never cook with oil or add it to food, avocado one a week, no processed sugar, or foods instantly noticed a difference, pain went to zero, period lasted a week instead of 3. And since September this year I'm been slowly heading towards menapause, no night flashes, only systems I'm experiencing is grumpy lol. But yoga is my medicine.
Thank you so much ❤ maybe you could do a video about your healing concerning fitness and movement. I think that would be interesting for many girls and women ❤️
I love that you did this you put everything I've been doing in this video I've always lived a healthy lifestyle growing up yes you can splurge but once I got pregnant I completely changed & I started a healthier lifestyle for my son. I make everything at home or when we're on the road I'll pull over & pull out our burner & make my son his Quinoa or tortillas. My son such a strong healthy 4 year old has never had pressedfoods no fires chicken nuggets ,tenders, cows milk artificial flavor colors, sweet teats. I'll make him his own healthy treats & blend his milk from hemp seeds, walnuts so if he want his small bowl of cereal he has fresh milk. Our life is always on the go living in our camper traveling living in the colder state we wanted to go somewhere warmer now traveling down south & sleeping in our tent going to different places I want my son to have a beautiful healthy life always in nature eating healthy foods having fun in the trees ,River streams playing with bugs rocks.
What a woman you are!! Absolutely gorgeous inside and out! Your presence, light and work is so important and I feel a great sense of awe and admiration for everything you embody. Keep shining your light and being the role model every girl/woman/human today needs! Sharing your passions and sentiments deeply so videos like this make me buzz with excitement! Let's create a new world and system for our next generation girls where they are supported instead of denied and make this knowledge accessible for all! Thank you for all you share Sophia!✨🙏🏽♥ How are your naturopathy studies going?? xx much love
I deeply appreciate this video. Thank you so much. And I want to add, for anyone else who might feel overwhelmed by the magnitude of the lifestyle change: we don’t need to overhaul our lives all at once. Small, gradual change is so important and so impactful. It’s okay to go slow 🤍
I have a weird question I have been dumping chemicals on my face because of mild cystic acne. I saw you splash water on your face and just use the witch hazel and shea with oil and you talk about cystic acne in the past? Do you not use anything but that?? I’ve been debating not using anything for a while now. Sorry this is long I’ve been struggling with acne and on top of you vegan whole plant based approach I was just curious as to what you do to your face. Okay I’m done now! Sorry!
Sophia you are an inspiration! I've been diagnosed with PCOS 7 years ago and still trying to figure out how I can heal my body with natural resources. Your video is eye opening. I'm so thankful for you! Sending much much love from Germany ✨💙
Wow. I feel like the entire world needs to see this! Thank you for this video, so beautifully done & expressed. It resonates with me more than anything has in the past 4 years of my personal life. Thankful for this journey of healing ~ regardless of how hard it can be.
Hello, I've found your channel a week ago and I absolutely love the videos you post here 😻 I want to ask you what are your thoughts on second hand clothing. I've started buying clothes this way back in 2017. I've also been curious why I can't see the other cooking videos in your channel.. Did you changed your perspective on the ways of cooking?
It felt like you spoke directly to me in this video ❤️ thank you for taking the time to speak in depth about this and sharing your experience it’s been so eye opening for me ✨
Sophia, I've found you quite some time ago and safe to say, you're by far my absoluty fevourite creator in the vegan/health space. Your vidoes reflect nothing but the deepest desires and longings of my soul, they speak to me and I just listen. Sometimes I watch a specific video over and over again each day/week because I love to listen to your voice, it's soothing. I haven't found any chanel like yours, not even remotely as good. This video just became my ultimate favourite right as I saw that you uploaded. I'm knee-deep in the research of holistic womb healing for years now, it is a topic that has a special place in my heart. You are special. The message you share is vital. You are revolutionizing the landsape of the health and wellness side of youtube. SO much gratitude. THANK YOU 🤍
I have been into detoxing on and off for years and I always found it strange that not more people realize the hormone disrupters in hygiene products are a big part of the problems. If I had to point out one thing, is that you make it seem so easy to research and implement all of this. Both eliminating and adding things to our diet is a slow process for most people, with big wins and equally big setbacks. When I decide to quit one more thing that close to everybody else eats, it sometimes is a letting go, even grief. Despite knowing that I am choosing my health above all else. I also find it challenging to remain perfectly abstained from sugar at all times, but a close relative of mine has endo and sugar literally kills her with pain. It's a road. I'm not perfect at all, but every change I made has made me better. Last note: dairy products naturally have lots of hormones in them, so my guess it's very bad for our systems. However, mostly vegans watching maybe haha.
Something I find challenging, is that I REALLY struggle to find sustainable clothing brands that carry plus sizes. I do hope that balancing my hormones and food better slowly leads my body to shed the excess fat, but until then (if that even happens) I’m mostly stuck with poor quality fabrics and toxic fabrics
Sophia, I love your videos! So insightful. Question: for thrifting vintage clothing, do you look for specific fabrics to avoid like some acetone based sweaters or?? I love vintage clothing but have learned a bit about some harmful materials & ingredients in them, especially for kids, so I was curious your take on all that. Thank you!!!
I love you. Like actually. I feel like we would be friends. Your videos feel so whole. Theyre not just informational but theyre visually pleasing and with the voiceovers- i feel like youre speaking right into my being. It hits different and deeply. Thank you🤍🦋
Wow, I can't tell you how much this video means to me. I haven't seen anyone who has made this type of content with such a broad and nuanced perspective on this subject. It ressonates with me so deeply, and for that I would like to thank you endlessly. You are an absolute blessing to this earth, and I send you all the love from my heart 🙏❤
sophia! thank you so much for blessing us with this beautiful video. the way you bring so much comfort to my days with your soothing voice and the way you approach living a holistic lifestyle truly makes me feel like i'm not alone. you have brought so much light into my life and because of you i have found so much comfort going vegetarian this year. you are so incredibly loved and i hope to meet you one day to express how much i appreciate you and your empowering content. i love you so much! ❤
Sophia I love you. As someone dealing with chronic health issues all of this makes absolute sense and is the love letter to my heart and gut to keep me motivated. Keep on inspiring us ❤️🙏🏻 Would love more videos like these ! Thank you for what you do!!
I had endo surgery 9 nearly 10 years ago. The pain went away. Then the bleeding happened on hormones. I had to stop all hormone tablets and iuds I'm due to get another surgery in September and possibly a hysterectomy at 28 years old. I don't want kids so it doesn't bother me. But I can't shake this feeling that getting surgery is not for me. I don't know if I should get surgery if I only experience pain maybe 3 times out of a month. I'm also overweight so I don't know how that affects periods.
"What to ELIMINATE can be even more powerful"❗This resonates so much right now, I was speaking with my friend who has just come to terms with her power in destruction. To be able to end something & move forth is powerful and shouldn't be feared because of it's negative connotation ❣

YOU!!!!!! I LOVE YOU, thank you for doing this so important to know this information, women reading this you are so important, special and needed
I had endometriosis for many years and didn't know it. Then I needed a surgery because of a cyst. They found out that there was endometriosis everywhere.
When I changed my life (new boyfriend, new place to live, working for only 5 hours a day), first my pain and later my endometriosis disappeared.
Yes I think a complete life change is important to solve a problem like this
Greatings from Germany 😊
You need to know that you are an incredible woman and source of inspiration. You work helps me to find a greater balance with who I want to be.
Thank you
Thank you so much for creating this! PCOS definitely makes a health journey unique.
❀ so many women developing these imbalances more and more everyday. I hope this helps!
I really think free bleeding is the healthiest thing we can do on our period.
THIS video is so important for ALL people. Thanks for sharing your wisdom with us - always an inspiration.
I had endometriosis for years and years. I ended up having to get surgery for it. But for anyone who wants some hope…. I have two beautiful babies now 💛 so there’s always hope 💛 amazing video!

I couldn’t help but love your head pieces in this! Maybe in another video you can share what and how you wear your bandanas!
thank you for the rich amount of effort and love you put in this, wow!

These videos are so calming and inspirational, thank you for sharing your tips ❤
Vegan bombshell you are 👑
this video really resonated with me! thank you for sharing!
I love listening to your voice ✨
Thank you for this video. I have adenomyosis, it's like a cousin of endometriosis and I also have some cysts in my left ovary. Hopefully I'll overcome this. I'm having regular therapy with my gynecologist. 🙏

This is beautiful Sophia!!
Is there a website you’d recommend us to order the bread from? Great video!
Wishing healing to you too! 😊
Beautifully made
Thank you for sharing this beautiful soul!
@@e4mi well it science.. what you put in your body is everything. Dairy and mear have antibiotics and hofmones thats why we are ruined. I had endo 4 stage, now i am 2. That food poison is shit and i used to love milk etc too much. Now i am ok and I look even better eating healthy
@@gigitijarain yeas food can effect the body. But until we know Why endo happens or why it effects every person so differently, we can't say what food is the only answer. That's all I am saying. Its like cancer, there is no One answer so it *seems* like Everything causes it
Liked, shared and subscribed!!! Love you Sophia, thank you for your inner beauty and courage to be authentic self and give permission to others to do the same . Your kindness and love for yourself and others is so contagious and inspiring ) Thank you for sharing your art ( the art of being a beautiful human being ) with us !
Promoting products in a new calm, spiritual way is another form of business.
Beautiful! Thank you!❤🙏
Commenting for engagement ❤️
Sophia just tell me no already so I can move on!!!!!!!! 🤦♂️ UGGGGHHHHHH!!!!
You’re here in Austin?! how have i missed this I haven’t recognized anything in your videos and Ive grown up in this city good to know about store for ancient grains
dripping springs ❀ its so lovely
I haven't watched this yet but I just found out yesterday that I have to have surgery in two days to remove an overgrown cyst on my ovary. It's my first surgery ever and I've been a heap of nerves. And then opening to RUclips to see this, it's weird how synergy works in the world that way. Thank you for sharing.
Sending positive thoughts your way to help calm your nerves. All will go well🙏 ❤.
@M D thank you so much ❤️
My sister in law has to get her uterus removed, because of a cyst in her uterus... She was starting invitro this Nov. too...
Good luck with your surgery. We’re wishing you the best!
I think that would be interesting for many girls and women ❤️
concerning the quote about controlling the food, check out Dr. Vandana Shiva.
I'll make him his own healthy treats
& blend his milk from hemp seeds, walnuts so if he want his small bowl of cereal he has fresh milk.
You are a breath of fresh air. Thank you for sharing your story ✨🙏🏾
Sorry!
Your video really comforts my body and soul. Thank you
Sophia you are an inspiration!
You are so inspiring 🤍
Also lupus pcos and endometriosis are linked to autoimmune diseases
wish it was affordable to eat like this :( in my dreams I could but not in reality
Maca root pils helped me a LOT with most period ailments, also belly dancing (in the past) rendered it nonexistent
🙏🏼🍀🌞❤️ thank you!
I love you. Like actually. I feel like we would be friends. Your videos feel so whole. Theyre not just informational but theyre visually pleasing and with the voiceovers- i feel like youre speaking right into my being. It hits different and deeply. Thank you🤍🦋
you are so amazing. Thank you Sofia for opening my eyes and making me feel strong. you are a gift to the world
Wow, I can't tell you how much this video means to me.
I had to stop all hormone tablets and iuds
I'm due to get another surgery in September and possibly a hysterectomy at 28 years old.
