honestly... this is how all humans deserve to live. their own house + garden. the immediate calm that would bring you just that alone.. to have a FULL oasis to come back to, after being out in the chaotic world.... no neighbors up down left wright..... no neighbor smoke. no one who can hear you through a wall.... and the freedom to lie down on your own grass. plant whatever you want to plant.. changing something in your house? you don't have to ask permission from you landlord. it's yours.
it breaks my heart so few people in the world gets to live like that.
i myself will probably never be able to afford it either. so i watch others lives and try to create as much of a haven as i can with what i already have, though it can never compare to owning ones own place .

So excited to follow you two on this journey, Sophia. Your property is beautiful! My partner and I are in the process of buying our first home/plot of land as well and it's so cool to get to watch you build yours at a similar time! Also, I took a course on veganic gardening from Learn Veganic and it was amazing to learn how to not have to use animal byproducts for gardening and growing food. In case you feel like that's something you've not yet learned about - it was a great course!
