I know this video is 3 yrs ago but just saw your video on hypothyroidism and how you reversed it. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in my 20s but didn't really do much about it. I was also diagnosed with PCOS in my 30s but was lucky enough to have 3 children. Unfortunately now I'm in my 50s I can't see to drop the weight if anything I always seems to gain and lose. I'm going to try the AIP diet and hopefully my T3 & T4 levels with level out. Thank goodness the levels are not so bad but my AIC is high along with my cholesterol so I desperately need to drop this weight. I only need to lose about 50lbs. So thank you for the information you presented in the reversal hypothyroidism video.
Hi. I have hypothyroidism and I’m struggling with losing weight really badly. I feel like everything is so overwhelming and I can’t lose weight. I wanna lose weight and try this but I’m scared it won’t work.
I came from a video you made talking about carb cycling, are you still using this diet method? (I'm assuming not based on this what you talked about in this video but you never know😂) and if not what is something that you have found to be helpful to lose weight and become more healthy in general? also good job on the video, it was very informative❤️
Generally, I found that eating a more paleo/aip diet reduced inflammation and helped me to lose the stubborn pounds that I couldn't lose for a very long time. I think this is a super healthy way to eat as a lifestyle and not just for now.

I use both, but I've been using frozen a lot lately
R u strict AIP now? What hv u reintroduced that is normally not allowed on AIP?
I've introduced chocolate and that's about it. I can definitely do more, I just haven't had the time to yet

Did you ever try raw dairy Seems like theres this idea dairy is bad but it should be clarified its processed dairy
