It works great with smaller yarn! I made one in size 4 yarn for my husband with a K crochet hook. He loves it or he's not brave enough to say he hates it lol
Curious if there is a specific reason related to the overall outcome of the scarf that you say there should be an even number of rows. Beyond that curiosity, great tutorial thank you!
