Eddie that's a great question and the unfortunate answer is yes. Employers not only hire other resources to do this research on potential candidates, they at times do the research themselves. People should be on alert on what they choose to post onv their ssocial pages. If they don't want to be caught doing it then it shouldn't be up there. As for the passwords, I do recall that scenerio. JP would be our legal expert but a password should never be a requested item from an employer at any time.

Have my first interview tomorrow at subway. I'm kinda nervous, but hopefully it goes well! My biggest fear is those "Why do you want to work here?" And "Tell me a little bit about yourself?" Questions. Half of me wants to go "I really like the idea of making money" and "I'm just an average 16 yo" but I know they don't want to hear that 😂😂.

Excellent Video clip! Excuse me for the intrusion, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard the talk about - Schallingora Information Investigation Scheme (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a great exclusive guide for learning what you need to say to get hired in a job interview minus the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my work buddy after a lifetime of fighting got excellent results with it.

I do have a question Monica, I heard that some employers hire background investigators to look into a candidates Facebook, Twitter accounts, etc. Is that true or is that just a scare tactic? I even heard that some companies ask you for your password to check themselves (I recall a police department somewhere did that). JP, is it legal for employers to ask for your password?
