I helped with this event between level 5-10 with a bunch of level 50+ players using a hunting rifle and I got the kill shot. Everyone was super hyped and someone gave me some useful gear and aid. I then proceeded to get stuck in a radioactive crater nearby with a bunch of scorched and survived for 15 minutes on my own before running out of stimpaks and getting blown up. It was an epic battle but I lost the second one and all my good junk lmao
Yes espcieally when everyones using different types of energy weapons and ballistic. So theres a bunch of explosions and green/red beams going at the Queen. Its like a epic movie scene love it

The amount of damage a npc enemy must inflict to unalive me is purely absurd, padding for days. You can carry 500 pounds of shit, including 10 massive power armor frames in your pocket? Yeah that makes sense. You can carry 500k rounds of multiple ammo types, can fully disable pvp so as to go have Hold My Hand Adventure Time. Explain to me how any of those elements, make for a good survival game..? I'll wait. You literally don't have to do anything to be perfectly fine in fo76... It's not a survival game.

The game is great for playing in short spans. Play the game for a couple weeks /months and once it gets boring just play something else until more content comes out or theres an item you actually want from the season pass. This way the game stays fun to keep playing. I'm currently playing Scarlet Nexus while I wait for the new expansion to come out.

I just started playing this month. Went to the nuke launch impact to get the achievement. I didn't know their was gonna be a boss. Literally this was the view. They looked like the heavy gunner mandalorian. I can't wait to get my power armor
If you are over level 25 you can go to the Garahan Mining HQ (lower right corner of the Ash Heap) where you can get the schematics to make the Excavator PA, which grants +100 extra weight with all pieces equipped Mole miners drop Black Titanium junk if you need it
Yesterday I fought the queen, we loot it then I fell on a crater of ultracite and melted away along with my loot😂. This game is awesome. Been playing it for years and there are many group events besides this one.
My first time killing the queen was a few days ago. It definitely felt like a movie, it was just me then tons of people showed up beside me to help kill the thing. Did feel pretty cool ngl.
Not shooting gun in team play classic.. thank God they focused on the pve instead of making it a pvp/pve survival game like advertised edit: i was being facetious they could have just made the pvp better but instead made it worse
Yea the pvp at launch was aids so I didn't play for years but new 76 is genuinely a pretty decent game. Definitely way way better than The Elder Scrolls Online

@@SCAR3DY_C4T There is still optional pvp. As there always has been. I clearly wasn't stating that the entire current state of fo76 was pvp so I don't really know where you pulled that from. I wish there was true pvp. Actual areas on the map dedicated to pvp is what I would like.
In actuality this was a 15-30 min ammo expunged event I remember hiding in the broken up bunker to repair our armor and pass out meds, food and water to whoever didn't have anymore The camps really made that a lot easier and more immersive
Me and my husband did this level 14s and it was just the 2 of us lol it was sooooo hard and we literally used every weapon and or ammo we had but we did it and it was epically fun!
Had 5 people doing Eviction Notice in a rad storm once. That was pretty awesome. Or should i say that was "rad" 😅. Especially with some metal music in the background.

More like you get the notification on the map and fast travel to find like 10 low level players flailing around, 4 guys standing there for the passive xp, 3 normal and 7 players who spent real money to get a bloodied explosive Gatling ultracites using the special exploit to kill the queen in 2.3 nanoseconds. Or better yet, you fast travel only to have the event finished caused some guy used a hacked in weapon.
It did, lost the feeling after doing it for months and farming for bullion only to realize I have nothing even after I have everything. Then I started playing fallout 4 again 😂
I did the event in t45 after I just got it with a 50 cal and had a last stand on top of the bunker I think I killed hundreds of scorched and ants aswell as running out of ammo and resorting to my war drum and psycho to do damage. I held them off till the rest could respond then I took my last breaths in the arms of a level 1063
Pretty much yea. I showed up to one of these in mismatched power armor, with a really terrible pipe mg. All i heard was gun fire for twenty minutes and everyone was encouraging each other to keep firing. ppl were dropping ammo left and right for the others. hell one dude came up and just threw down a gun and said "use that , its better" 76 has come a LONG way.
This brings me back running out of ammo for every gun. Luckily, someone placed a camp down right before another spond in, and all I had to wear was a hasmat suit.
It is always epic fighting the big endgame world bosses: Ultracite Titan, Wendigo Collosus, Scorchbeast Queens. Always epic when everyone in power armor and gatling weaponry just fire and all you hear is the sound of Dakka
You got one guy who’s level 8 and left vault 76 not that long ago. You got your old heads who are at least level 800+. Then you got that one eyesore creating lag in the server because they have the MIRV mod installed on their Fat Man.
me and my friend noticed a nuke dropping on the map and we went over to it to check it out lmao. We weren’t expecting a massive fucking queen to show up. I’m only level 25 and my buddy is level 55, but we held our own haha. Got some hella good loot for it!
It’s better when you’re in the nuke zone and enemies are literally everywhere. You’ve got bodies and ammunition flying around, explosions going off everywhere and you’re laying down kill after kill while the scorch queen crashes down into the ground nearby and does AOE damage.
Hell yeh I remember when I was level 24 I had to take out a bandit camp and on the way I saw a level 46 sheepsquatch so I shot it once out of curiosity. It chased me and I almost jumped out of my seat when it started running at me. I cleared some bushes and super mutant started doing a voice line obviously going to attack then interrupts his voice line to scream about the “giant white thing.” Now both of us are running but before the super mutant could get anywhere he got taken out and when I stopped up the hill I hid to see if it was still chasing. It looked up at me and continued to chase me for 10 minutes until I got to the raiders camp. When I got there I had to pop a stimpack and run dodging the raider’s assault. They distracted the sheepsquatch so I hid in the forest line watching the raiders camp get ripped apart by the level 46 sheepsquatch. I haven’t ran like that before lmao.
Love they updated the game with npc and all the other stuff. But this is the only reason its not as bad as everybody says. The possibility to roam around the wasteland with your friends.
I killed my first one alone at Level 30, it was a Level 35. Nothing seem to hurt it untill surprisedly i used the Western Spirit and it stun locked it. Took awhile but down it went. Then took pics of my kill lol.
Feels like a bunch of different people hunting down a legendary beast that plagued the Appalachia. And the best part is as soon as the queen is down we all will be rushing to kill the rest like a bunch of blood thirsty hunter who can't get enough

I remember legacy weapon users said that Scorched Earth will fail a lot if their easy mode weapons got removed. I haven't failed the event after legacy weapons were removed. In fact, the event was actually fun and didn't end the moment I joined it.
Well but mostly because most of this Guys switched to quad Railways, If they had left like they we're pretending those noobs would do hard to kill the Bosses in time. One Person with a Q Rail can carry the whole Event.

It's a lot more epic when you fight SQB inside a nuke zone. You have to deal with the radiation and the low visibility.

I killed my first one alone at Level 30, it was a Level 35. Nothing seem to hurt it untill surprisedly i used the Western Spirit and it stun locked it. Took awhile but down it went. Then took pics of my kill lol.
No because i always get useless teammates that do no damage while im stuck soloing the boss with a railway rifle
Feels like a bunch of different people hunting down a legendary beast that plagued the Appalachia. And the best part is as soon as the queen is down we all will be rushing to kill the rest like a bunch of blood thirsty hunter who can't get enough
That's why I love the 76 community, players always helping each other on public events, everyone gains.

I wish it had a lot more of its own main story line like an actual story line. I’ve done everything in the game I have so many grolls so many pieces of rare apparel it makes it boring I’m burnt out

Yea I had 76 for a few years before I even played and I was amazed after repeating the old fallout games over and over.
I remember legacy weapon users said that Scorched Earth will fail a lot if their easy mode weapons got removed. I haven't failed the event after legacy weapons were removed. In fact, the event was actually fun and didn't end the moment I joined it.
Well but mostly because most of this Guys switched to quad Railways, If they had left like they we're pretending those noobs would do hard to kill the Bosses in time. One Person with a Q Rail can carry the whole Event.
I use a q rail with explosive effect... Yeah, guilty as charged, except the damn thing keeps breaking 🤣
Maybe I need to install this game again… I never played more than two minutes when it came out so maybe with the recent boom in everything I can give it a proper shot…
