My in-laws are stuck up in the mountains of Boone. They were standing at an Airbnb while their home was being built when this hit they can’t get out because of the trees have fallen over every exit. They have no water no electricity it’s insane. Luckily the neighbor you know 800 m down the road had a generator and was giving out water to everybody in the neighborhood so more power to all those people who are doing the right things and times of need

When the battery is dead the watch still shows the correct time twice a day, and with lume even when it's dark.

Lume costs nothing basicallyLED oled. You can’t just just plug it in you need to design the inner workings around that particular thing. Manufacturers don’t wanna do that. They just wanna throw some lume on it and sell it.
