    Good Stuff Man! I like seeing that these pros still make some of the mistakes that my High School athletes make. That will keep me from getting so frustrated with them when they are struggling to get the basics down.

    Great breakdown and progressions! If the athlete is unable to bring the hip to the belly button unilaterally and or bilaterally-what would be the regression sequence you use to resolve it? Mahalo nui loa..

    The other guy doesn't know where the hip is lol...I feel like queing him saying do high knees rather than butt kickers would help
