It’s really cool to see the coaching process in real time. It provides much more value to the viewer then most other sprinting drill tutorials.

These videos are some of the most helpful ones that you put out! I learn more about dribbles with every video! Keep up the great work.

Damn that one looks tough to get a hang of. Love the explanation of the difference of power when landing with the thigh under the hip instead of breaking and then pushing. Great stuff right here!

I don't care what anyone says this is one of the hardest things to teach non track athletes.

Hey man, what should I think about when it comes to the arm swing at acceleration vs max velocity, got any good cues?

Coach should show how it's done, leadership by example...

Thats not coaching.. does the football coach get in the game to takle? It actually not advised that we get active with our kids. That boundary is there for a reason. The only thing you should demonstrate are small movements. For girls like this it was all about teaching your body a mechanic.
Also, leadership is not a synonym for coaching. You are a leader as a coach but the way you are saying, it implies that he is one of their peers.

    Hey Champ,
It would be great to see what it is supposed to look like exactly. In between ankle skips and bounds?

how often could i do dribbles and would it be a good idea to pair them with resisted sprinting? also, i’d give them a 6 it seems like they get all the cues they’re just having trouble putting it together.

Agreed. They are getting there. I will pair with your velocity drills

I feel like this motion while jump roping would be a way to get the movement down.

It should be a sprint mechanic... It's like teaching algebra. It takes over 100 hours. You need to push, push, push... which is a product of flexion and extension. Not "bounce" Dorsey flex, on the boss of your feet, during extension. Very speed sprint specific drills.

His posture drills, A series of skips. Take it slow. Even doing it on a wall to start

Seems as thought they don't have enough muscular strength & endurance to get it as yet.

Believe Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and rose from the dead three days later and repent of sin. Judgement is coming to this world. Also repent consistently. Jesus is coming soon. At any moment you can die and if your not right with Christ you would go to hell. If you died right now would you go to heaven or hell
