I am getting a warning that says "Your iPhone can't be backed up. You don't have enough storage to back up this device." But when I go to Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Account Storage, the screen shows only 1.1 GB of 5 GB Used. Apple ID > iCloud > Backups > iPhone (This iPhone) shows zero kB, indicating nothing was actually backed up. I am guessing that it couldn't back up because some item *would* take up a lot of space and the total back up *would* exceed 5 GB free space, but I can't figure out what items would. I set it up so the Photo Library is excluded from the phone backup, and no other apps have data of substantial size. "Next Backup Size..." kept showing "Loading...". Any idea?

I just got a new (to me) MacBook Pro and because of my lack of understanding of this, I was surprised to learn that my iCloud was full and I didn't even know I had an iCloud that was connected to my iPhone...
