    Today happy cooking moments presents another healthy thali of oil-less cooking , with easy , quick and delicious recipes , especially chola , which people said tastes even better than oil cooked one .     CHOLA RECIPE
    1. White chana 70 g washed and soaked in water , for 8 hours
    2. Bay leaf 1or2
    3. Black cardamom 1
    4. Cinnamon stick 1
    5. Green cardamom 1
    6. Clove 1 or 2
    7. Onion 1 chopped
    8. Tomato 1. 2 chopped
    9. Ginger 1/ 3 tsp. grated
    10. Salt to taste
    11. Dry roast 3/4 turmeric , 1 tsp coriander powder , 1.25 tsp chola masala
    12. Add 1/4 tsp black pepper , 1 tsp kashmiri chilli , 3/4 tsp garam masala , 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder , 1/4 tsp amchoor or chaat masala to the roasted masala mixture
    13. Tamarind juice 2 tsp
    14. Chopped green chillies and ccoriander leaves
    BAIGAN / BRINJAL BHARTA
    1. Brinjal / egg plant1
    2. Tomato 1 to 2
    3. Garlic 5 ,7
    4. Chopped onion
    5. Grated ginger
    6. Chopped green chillies
    7. All 3 types of salt
    8. Roasted cumin powder
    PALAK PANEER
    1. Cleaned spinach / palak leaves a smmal bunch
    2. Paneer 8 to 10 pieces
    3. Little salt and sugar used i blanching
    4. Grind 1 onion , 1 or 2 tomatoes , a small piece ginger . 5, 7 garlic
    5. Bay leaf 1
    6. cumin seeds 1/3 tsp
    7. Lavang 1
    8. Green cardamoms 1 or 2
    9. Salt as per taste
    10. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
    11. Garam masala 1/2vtsp
    12. Kashmiri chilli 3/4 tsp
    13. Curd 2 tsp
    13. Malai 1 tsp , optional
    14. Chopped green chillies , optional
    FRUIT CUSTARD
    1. Low fat milk 500 ml and 3 tbsp
    2. Custard powder 1.5 to 2 tbsp
    3. Sugar 3 to 4 tbsp
    4. Chopped dry fruits and fresh fruits
    Raita
    1. Fresh cued
    2. Grated cucumber
    3. All 3 types of salt
    4. Mint and coriander leaves
    5. Roasted cumin powder
    6. Black pepper
    7. Sugar / honey optional
