✍🏻RECIPE:
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏: 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐣𝐢, heat the cooker, add Cumin Seeds, and let them crackle first. Then add Tomato, Green Chilli, Ginger, Water, Salt, chopped Beans, Potato, Onion, crushed Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, and some Water. Give 1-2 whistles and cook until it gets cooked well. Add some Ghee and garnish with Coriander Leaves.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐚, in a bowl take whisked Curd, add Black Pepper, Black Salt, Chat Masala, Tomato, Cucumber, Onion, Green Coriander, Red Chili Powder and Ghee Tadka. Mix well and serve with Sabji, Ragi Roti and Salad.
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐: 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐫 - soak White Peas overnight and boil in the cooker by adding Salt Baking Soda and Turmeric Powder. Heat the pan, add Ghee, Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Red Chili Powder, dried Mango Powder, Turmeric Powder, and Cumin Powder. Cook all by adding Water gradually. Then add boiled Potato, Ginger, Green Chili, Sweet Chutney, boiled White Peas, Black Salt, chopped Tomato, Onion, Coriander Leaves, and Lemon Juice. Cook well and keep aside.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐫𝐛𝐢 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐣𝐢 - heat a pan, add Ghee, Carom Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Hing Powder, Garlic, Green Chilli, Tomato, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, boiled Taro, Coriander Leaves and Lemon Juice. Cook well and serve with Salad, Matar, and Chapati.
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟑: in a cooker, add Water, Onion, Green Chilli, Ginger, Tomato, soaked Chana Dal, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, and Salt and roast all. Then add chopped Spinach, and Water. Give 2 whistles then cook on a slow flame.
keep the tadka pan, add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Hing, Garlic and Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. Give the tadka and serve with Rice, Curd, Papad and Salad.
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟒 - take Bhindi, wash, wipe and make slit. Then fill the Masala and give steam. Heat pan, add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Onion, Tomato, Green Chilli, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, and Fenugreek Leaves. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Rice Chapati, Curd, Papad and Salad.
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟓 - heat pan, add Oil, Green Chilli-Ginger-Garlic paste, Onion, Tomato, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Water, soaked Moong, and Coriander Leaves. Give 2 whistles then cook on a slow flame. Mash with the masher and sprinkle Garam Masala, Mango Powder and Red Chilli Powder. Serve with Raita, Bajra Roti Salad and enjoy!
𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟔 - in a bowl, add Gram Flour, Coriander Leaves, Green Chilli, Onion, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, and Water. Make a fine batter and keep aside. Then add Baking Soda Heat a pan, add ground Tomato, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, Salt, Oil, Water, and Coriander Leaves. Let it come boil first and put Pakoda into it. Stir continuesely and cook well. Serve with Raita, Gluten Free Roti, Curd, Salad and enjoy!
