I actually don’t like this samosa - the way we traditionally make samosa by using dough and frying slowly is the best taste not this Chinese spring role type flat samosa these are far less tasty 😢

Use parchment paper instead of cling wrap, it won’t stick like cling wrap but you can hold with clips on sides

You are right. Heating plastic is not a good idea.
You have been very genuine and polite. Appreciate that.
I too like this recipe and appreciate her efforts to innovate.
If only we could do away with plastic.
Will surely try to use parchment paper.
Also, in this we can skip deep frying. We can try roasting or baking with a little oil or even eat it just like that since it's already steamed.
