    A. RICE KHEER
    1. Soaked rice 3 to 4 tbsp
    2. Milk 1 litre
    3. Chopped almonds, cashews , grated coconut , raisins etc
    4. Sugar 4 to 5 tbsp
    5. Green cardamom 1/2 tsp
    6. Saffron and rose essence , optional
    B. Arahar dal
    1. Washed and soaked arhar , tur dal
    2. Chopped tomatoes
    3. Turmeric powder
    4. Asafoetida , hing
    5. Salt
    6. Cumin powder
    7.Chopped coriander leaves
    C. PANEER KI SABJI
    1. Paneer 75 g
    2. Peas , half boiled 25 g
    3. Besan , gram flour 3/4 tbsp , dry roasted
    4. Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
    5. Coriander powder 3/4 tsp
    6. Cumin powder 1/ 2 tsp
    7. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
    8. Red chilli / kashmiri chili according to taste
    9. Salt , as per taste
    10. Kasuri methi
    11. Tomato chopped 1 tbsp or curd 1/2 tbsp
    12. Tomato sauce 2 tsp, optional
    D, RICE
    1. Soaked rice
    2. Salt , optional
    3. Veggies like peas , carrot etc , optional
    E. Aloo sabji / potato curry
    1. Boiled potatoes 4
    2. Tomatoes 1 to 2 , chopped
    3. Ginger garlic paste 3/ 4 tsp
    4. Chopped onion 2 tbsp
    5. Turmeric powder 1tsp
    6. Cumin powder1/2 tsp
    7. Coriander powder 3/4 tsp
    8. Chili powder
    9. Salt
    10. Coriander leaves
    F. ROTI / CHAPATI
    Wheat flour
    CUCUMBAR / KHEERA RAITA
    1. Grated cucumber
    2. Salt .plain , black , sendha salt
    3. Chili flakes
    4. Pepper powder
    5. Curd,
    6 . coriander leaves
