INGREDIENTS
1. Goat mutton 500 g
2. Goat mince , 150 g
3 For tadka
2 bab leaves
1 cinnamon stick
10 to 15 pepper corns
1 or 2 cloves
4 green cardamoms
mace
1 black cardamom
3/4 cumin seeds
whole red chilies , optional
4. Powdered spices include ;
1/2 tsp turmeric
3/4 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chilli
1.5 tsp kashmiri chilli
1.25 meat / mutton masala
1 .25 tsp garam masala
1/3 tsp pepper
5.. Onion 4, cut 250 to 300g
6. Tomatoes 2 cut
7. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
8. Oil or ghee 79 ml
8. Salt as per taste
9. Fresh curd 2 tbsp
10.. Coriander leaves and green chillies
