    I’m hypermobile and stretches always seem to aggravate. I’m having SI joint and hip pain. Should I focus on strengthening vs stretching? Thanks!

      Such a great question! YES! If you are hypermobile and having SI joint pain then I would recommend more strengthening exercises.

    No hip pain, having pelvic tilt & also having tingling, benumbed,
    Sometimes feeling ants scorning along the leg this is happening on my left leg.
    I’m having sciatica .
    Is it a nervous system problem therefore scared to do starches.
    What is your advice

      I highly recommend finding a Specialist Physical Therapist who can help explain what's going on with YOUR body.
