    Why do so many pt videos on yt tell us to do those stretches? You’re the first pt person on yt that I like and addresses the cause and long term fix. Your stretches help since someone ran into my back outta control snowboarding

      Cauda equina is a serious medical condition. I recommend seeing a doctor to relieve pressure on the nerves ASAP!

    As far as stretching the sciatic nerve goes- what is the difference in the deep squat and the double knee to chest positions? My outer leg burned so bad one night after doing figure 4 stretch btw. Not doing that again 😢

      The double knee to chest makes it easier to control the motion and find a comfortable position.
