Can i ask please for stretches to loosen a very tight hip joint...i have forward rotated and uneven hip alignment. The periformis pain is constant...but no lower back pain. My right hip is so tight i cannot sit cross legged nor cross the right leg over left knee when in sitting position. Hope you can give some ideas to help me work mobility back into the hips...❤
