Beauty of this draft, almost a guessing game... for the Blues to trade up to Pick 3, they'd have to be fairly confident they'll land a player they desire.

It's funny because I don't think it's that everyone in the team are bad kicks, I think it's a collective confidence issue when it goes bad as it seeps into the blokes that are actually decent kicks too.
Do we have enough alpha personalities in the team, who thrive pressure and want to punish the opposition because they despise being second? People who excel when game winning opportunities present themselves because they love the spotlight? I would say no, and the worry is for me, that we've drafted so many people who won't upset the dynamic that we're short on outgoing personalities.
I guess the next couple of years will tell, but we could certainly use a couple of ratbags down there, especially with Owies going, out. He was one of the only blokes to show a bit of ticker against opposition players and crowds.
