Thanks for playing this! The let's player I'd been watching passed away before he could complete the campaign (Richard, aka L1011 Widebody on RUclips). Been waiting 4 years to see what happened since I never owned this expansion.
On the subject of if the ships that were shown in the game are cannon: the answer is actually yes, though there may be a raised eyebrow depending on how they use the Dropship later in the game (I haven't played GBL so I'm not sure if they use it incorrectly later in the game). The Jumpship, the one the smaller Dropship attached to in order to go through FTL, is a Hunter-class. It's primarily used as a scout and was designed by the Ghost Bears early in their history. The Dropship is the Clan refit version of the Titan-class. Dating back to the Star League the ship was so heavily armed and armored, on top of it's fighter complement, that it would often act as an escort for Warships or as a system patrol craft. The potential eyebrow rising part however comes from the primary role of the Titan-class: it is a massive dedicated Aerospace Fighter carrier. While cool this does mean that if we see it deploying Mechs then that would be rather non-cannon.

L-1011 and Scamper are once again off doing adventures together.
I watched many of his Mechwarrior videos, he seemed like a really nice person.
Ahh, the memories.
